This is a low quality budget hotel. Everything in the room is going to be the cheapest thing they could find. Metal frame beds that squeak, cabinets with no doors, and plastic everything. However, if you’re OK with that, this is a good option for those looking to save some money. The rooms were clean and the beds acceptable. For our travel plans, the location was perfect. The breakfast options are fairly slim, but the food was good. We did have an issue with the bathroom, but the staff helped us sort it out fairly quickly. The check in staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel is right next to the freeway, and the traffic noise is noticeable if you’re on that side of the hotel.

The staff is very courteous. Our room was very clean and neat. However, the breakfast was very disappointing as they did not have any cooked meals such as omelettes, sausages, bacon, pancakes etc. It was not a continental breakfast at all!

I prepaid $192 through Booking.com, yet when I arrived, the front desk charged me an additional $72 plus a $100 security deposit. While I understand a refundable security deposit is standard, the extra $72 should never have been charged. I repeatedly explained that I had booked and paid through Booking.com. The front desk employee insisted that my reservation was through Expedia and repeatedly claimed that Booking.com and Expedia were the same. Even after I showed him my Booking.com confirmation and payment transaction, he refused to believe me and continued insisting that I was wrong. Only after the manager became involved was the mistake finally acknowledged. Instead of listening to the guest, the staff argued with me over a reservation that had already been paid for. To make matters worse, at around 1:00 AM, my friend stepped outside to take a phone call. Hotel staff approached him and asked him to bring me outside because they claimed there was a problem with my payment. Being asked to leave my room in the middle of the night because of the hotel’s own payment confusion was completely unacceptable. The entire stay was overshadowed by incompetence, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. I paid for a hotel room, not to spend my evening proving that I had already paid and dealing with the property’s internal payment issues. Given everything that occurred, I expect a refund of the incorrect $72 charge and believe I should also be refunded the $192 I paid for the reservation because this experience fell far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. I also urge Booking.com to reconsider recommending this property until it improves its staff training and customer service. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room for the price was great, clean, good size. The hotel was a great location, mostly took about 20 minute drive to get to downtown and the north end. We weren’t aware that the room was not cleaned every day, they clean every other day, then we had to go downstairs to get new towels. We had one issue with my husbands Rayband Aviator sunglasses. My husband put the glasses down when we were checking in, but forgot to get them before heading upstairs. Once he realized what he did, he went right back down to get them but they were gone, the lobby was not very busy. The lobby desk employees were not very helpful, did not try to help him find them at all.

Good rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very simple; we stayed for two days, but on the second morning we didn't go for breakfast—we just took coffee and hot water back to our rooms. There were six of us, and we had booked three rooms.

Close to the interstate, clean and convenient. There are restaurants nearby.

Hilton by name only! We are Hilton Honors albeit booked through Expedia. Rooms and propert were clean and the breakfast staff specifically ensure that the offerings were constantly refreshed. As well, the staff member focus on cleanliness. The front desk was stoically welcoming.
