I loved everything about this Hilton ... This property exceeded my expectations.. very happy with the service
-
staff were helpful and premises was very clean
-
My family loved the atrium with indoor pool and pool table.
-
Staff was great.

The breakfast was terrible. The turkey sausage was dry and shriveled up. The omelette was nasty and I couldn’t eat it because it smelled spoiled. The fruit was the best thing but the pineapple was hard and not ripe. The pancakes looked like the frozen section ones. It was not worth the money. We paid $60 for this. Never again!

It’s such a great place to stay at. The one thing that I didn’t like was that they over charged me. I payed for the booking and once I got to the hotel they charged me extra.
-
Was a pretty hotel but very busy. Rooms and baths could be cleaner for a fancy hotel. Bath utilities had issues and were not fixed. Had a danger warning one of the days. Breakfast was not complimentary.
-
Pool was freezing cold, shower/tub took 30min for the water to drain
-
The two things is the pool was pretty cold, and our shower drain and toilet was not draining very well. Needs some attendance

The TVs- they aren't smart tvs, so you can't watch your streaming services. Big let down when it's common for hotels and you are a "watch TV to fall asleep" person. Pool closes at 8pm. Pretty early, in my opinion. The rooms have balconies that open into the lobby of the building, which has a full restaurant (closes food at 10pm) and bar (closes at 11pm). The bar had a party (assuming for a World Cup game) that did not stop at 11pm, but continued until after midnight. With the balcony doors shut, it was still like you were in a bar full of drunk people. Why close the pool at 8pm if the bar can be rowdy until after midnight?

false alarm at 7 am and then they have to evacuate everyone!

-

-
Pretty good but price could be lower

The bathroom was not the best. Tub was pretty gross. Luckily it was a short stay and we only used it for a quick rinse. A towel had a big black stain on it. The pool area was freezing and pool itself was freezing. But clean it good atmosphere. Towels at the pool were loin cloths so bring your own. The tv was so basic (welcome to 1995). The bedspread had a red stain on it which was a bit gross. And they were horribly uncomfortable. But that’s a personal preference maybe. There are very few outlets in the room and lacked bedside tables.
-
Nice and clean They don’t give me a microwave in the room

Was there on business so really just spelt the days/nights we were there. The hotel looks old from the outside, but updated on the inside. Breakfast was well priced with nice options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Only problem we had was although there were four elevators, only three were working. At times only one was working. Had to walk down from the 9th floor at one point. But that was the only problem I had, other than it was a nice stay.

I enjoy staying at this location
