Nothing fancy. But it is clean with comfortable bed and cold AC. The restaurant and bar downstairs is good food and very casual with friendly bartenders
-
Close to highway access, restaurants and grocery store. Friendly and helpful staff.
-
Should provide microwave, easier for people to heat up food
-
Front desk staff at check-in was very proficient.

Everything seemed to be going well until we dealt with Mai (front desk staff). My partner went to the front desk to ask for an iron because there wasn't one in the room. Mai told her she would put in a request and dismissed her. When asked if there was any way to get an iron on a more immediate basis because we were going to an event, again Mai was dismissive. When it came to me going to the front desk, she just kept smiling telling me that she put in a request and we had to wait for maintenance to answer for the order. By the time I was done talking with her, it had been 45 minutes with no iron. By the time we were leaving, staff brought an iron with no ironing board. Alongside that, we were under the impression that breakfast was included with our reservation as this is what is stated on Hotels.com. We had breakfast the first day, no problem. Next day, we were asked if breakfast was part of our reservation or we had to pay $22.50/person. Guess what? It's not part of our reservation, so I feel this is falsely advertised. I always choose hotels that have breakfast included, this was one of them. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Clean room. Front desk staff hard to find. Good pool.

However the coffee in the room was terrible 😣 The mini market is a rip off ($12 for a bottle of water, small OJ and chocolate bar!!!) and breakfast ($22/pers. For a buffet that any other hotel chains offers for free 👎).

My biggest concern was the inconsistent communication regarding the security deposit. Before arriving, I called multiple times and was told I could provide a cash deposit. I even had an employee confirm this, and I understand the hotel records phone calls. After I missed my flight, another front desk agent was incredibly kind and updated my reservation for a late arrival, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was told a cash deposit was not accepted. I understand policies can change or there may have been a misunderstanding, but I was disappointed that the front desk agent repeatedly interrupted me and didn’t allow me to explain why I was confused. Which added additional stress to traveling. There were also a few housekeeping issues. The room only had one roll of toilet paper, and none of the trash cans had liners. Future guests should know the hotel is somewhat isolated. The nearest convenience store is about a 13- 20 minute walk, so I recommend bringing any snacks or drinks you may need. The hotel sells beverages and convenience items, but at $5 for a bottle of water or juice, the prices were much higher than nearby stores, so we chose not to purchase them. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would return. Better communication between staff and more attention to room preparation would make an already nice hotel even better.

Would stay here again! Only comment is to have more pool towels available, but nothing major. Front desk staff were all nice and welcoming. Property / parking lot felt safe. I would stay here again.
