Very good staff in reception that helped me with an issue of a lost suitcase and got in touch several times with the baggage handling company to help me. The buffet breakfast was very overpriced at $22 - the continental option which was much cheaper wasnt made apparent when we went into the restaurant.

We visited Boston to help our daughter move to SFO. The hotel was lovely. Stayed for 3 nights.

Would stay here again. Breakfast was great, restaurant food was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. Was in a easily located and quiet area. Recommend 10/10.

Outside the US Crowne Plazas are 4 to 5 star hotels. Obviously not in the US. This one is probably a notch below various 3 star hotels. Sorry, but we were somewhat disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.

We love the location of Woburn Crowne. The staff is lovely and the rooms are exceptional. We love the breakfast, and it's our go-to hotel every time. NA

The room was shabby with ripped curtains and torn rug. The bar staff at the on-site restaurant didn't smile, not attentive, and appeared to hate their job. I only stayed 2 nights, did NOT request service, yet my room was entered and my things moved.

This hotel has a nice pool area. Gym, and sports bar attached to it. Other than that I would avoid it. The room I stayed in was extremely outdated and had a foul smell. The leaky shower kept me up all night and the fact I had to get 9 key cards throughout my two night stay because they stopped working was ridiculous. I'd avoid this place. The rooms are depressing.
