Great breakfast

The beds very uncomfortable. The sofa bed broken . Needed ti change rooms. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Stayed here during the World Cup. It was clean and the staff was kind and accommodating.

The room was clean and nice and cool in temperature.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! It was dirty, the cleaning staff in particular were slow to freshen up our room with multiple visits that needed to be made to the front desk. Furnishings smelled!

Unfortunately my stay here was not comfortable for my family. The linens needed to be replaced due to it being soiled and when I notified the front desk I was told I had to retrieve the clean items from the front desk. No remorse regarding the circumstances, the showers we not clean, the door to my bedroom suite had a large crack across the door. I would not stay here with my family again. The best part of my stay was encountering Ms. Lee upon checking in and she was very kind and polite to encounter.

Breakfast menu was fresh & plentiful. The staff was super friendly. Would recommend.

Everyone was nice Nothing

Truly one of the worst stays I’ve had at a Marriott hotel.

Beds good. Love the suite. The carpet is old but some of the reviews were harsh. Everything I looked at was clean. Breakfast was perfect. Real cage free eggs.

This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The first room we were in the tub was stained, cracked up in places in the water leaked in it constantly. The hotel has no handicap options available for walk-in showers. The front desk clerk was rude and insulting when I requested a room change for the second time. Without even checking to see if we had requested a room previously she insulted me for calling again at three in the morning when I couldn’t sleep for traffic and an air conditioner that sounded like a jet plane taken off the whole time it ran, I would never stay at this hotel again and probably will not stay at residence Inn by Marriott again.

Staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel rooms were somewhat dated, but I guess that’s to be expected in an older hotel. The hot portion of the free breakfast (eggs, sausage, etc.…) was lukewarm at best.

The property is huge. Very well kept and clean. NA

The front desk person (Jenelle) was friendly and helpful. The room was in good shape and clean.

spotless room and amazing staff! Unfortunately, the noise from the heater was soooooo loud.
