The bathroom was a little small. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and love the location.

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and the view was great. It was a wonderful place to stay and plan on returning.

Beautiful place unfortunately the Nor’easter kept us from utilizing all of its beauty! Plan to return in the future!

This is our annual go-to. Friendly staff, handicap accessible, family friendly. Great business!!

The resturant was excellent, the pools were great. Not a single thing tj complain about! We will go back.

The location was great right across from the beach & the beach is great wonderful walking beach. We were in the main building.The room was very small , fine for 2 . The bathroom so small if you sat on toilet you cookout the door . The carpet and the chairs were smelly & damp. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty with rips & holes . Talk to women in the other building in a suite she said hers room was great . We paid $300.00 a night in early September. She paid $550.00 a night .

Clean rooms and I loved the heated bathroom floors! The walls are a little thin and we could hear our neighbors. The staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and ready at 6:30! Great location and we were go on gorgeous sunrise beach walk in front of the hotel. Breakfast is available across the street at a good restaurant

I rated this 5 stars because of the cleanliness of my room and facilities, the friendliness of staff, and the amenities (which I did not use). However, I was disappointed in the balcony. It wasn't private because it was the walkway to the rooms. It wasn’t inviting at all and the chairs were not clean.

Loved the few of the ocean. Proximity to the beach and restaurant across the street.

Everything was great with the hotel!! great location this time of year in September. The weather is beautiful. The beach is awesome. Restaurants across the street is nice. We’ll definitely try to come here again.!!

Easy access to the beach across the street. Especially nice for sunsets and sunrise. There is also a good restaurant across the street on the ocean. Very convenient for lunch or dinner.

The absolute only negative was the families with small children, under 5, in the hot tub making it a bubble bath. Not only is that unsafe but uncomfortable to be squished in with toddlers in diapers. We were only able to enjoy the hot tub for 20 minutes, one night of 4 that we stayed.

The location is the best! All the pools were clean and amazing. We ate at the restaurant across the street and had a great seafood meal. The staff was always cleaning and very helpful.

The upkeep seems to be fading, rugs on landings are weathered bad , dirt build up and non vacuuming of landings also very noticeable, exterior grey siding needs painting , specials for restaurant were told to us ( party of 6 ) by other tourists who received dinner and stay special shortly after check in was refused to us , so our party of 6 went elsewhere, loss of income of about $ stay 9/8/26 - 9/11/ 26 guest 9/10/ to 9/14/ 26 x’s 4 people noticed the same. Sad to see results
