Staff was great. Shirley is a hoot and all the staff were out of this world attentive and helpful. Loved it there and can't wait to stay again.

We stayed one night and it was wonderful! Great location we walked across the street to the beach. Every room has an ocean view. We could even see nubble light! Would stay again.

The location was great, views amazing and the front desk employee was super friendly. Beds were comfortable and had we been staying longer, the kitchenette would’ve been perfect. Took a good 10 mins for any hot water to come on in the shower, a little dated but clean. Biggest thing is I could see a list of people who checked in and what they paid and they all were different and we paid the most. Guess that’s from using a third party site.

These folks are so friendly and accommodating! They'll go ot out their way for you. Just don't nick pick at them, they're trying and its a family affair! The price is economical, you won't be disappointed, I mean, c'mon, you're 100yds from the beach, sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs.

The location is perfect for walks on the beach or a stroll along the water to a restaurant or store. The staff if very friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed!

We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the beach. The amazing sunrise we saw over Nubble Light was phenomenal! The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed in our room for a perfect getaway. We would definitely stay at the Sunrise Motel again!

Great price, Great location, enough parking, near restaurants, friendly staff, room was good sized with little kitchen area and comfortable beds. Could have been a little cleaner and never did figure out the TV.

Mary & Tracy were the best hosts making sure we had fresh towels, suggesting restaurants & things to do, etc. The upper deck was welcoming with wonderful views. The room was clean, a comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. Ocean is right across the street.... bring your chairs!

Way beyond expectations. Professionally renovated room. Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect and very quiet. Would go back anytime.

Room was great and clean and the view was beautiful. Outside deck was a cool communal spot! Great walking all around though it is farther than you think from some of the restaurants.

Nice quaint motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't complain but there were a few things. The coffee maker/ pot was unusable due to lack of cleanliness and the Picture window was dirty. Even with these minor inconveniences it was a wonderful stay.
