We really liked this hotel. Very clean. Nice breakfast. We were looking for healthy snacks and drinks in the afternoon/evening so we didn't have to leave or drive, and none were available. It would be nice if the bar was stocked, even just with coffee/tea for purchase. The pool was wonderful. I think a salt water pool. Other ideas: a shuttle or golf cart to take people down to Long beach, earlier check in times, maybe more staff. The staff there was great, but when I called the day of arrival, no one answered the phone at 4-5 times I called. Said to leave a message, but I was unable to leave a message because the voice mail was full

Location was perfect. I don't mind dog friendly hotels. However, we had dog neighbors that were Great Danes and a bit loud.

A different experience for A traveler to Maine Coastal Places. We found our one night stay nice. Glad it was not more. Construction going on Right across the street. No mention of that at all. So much for paying extra for a water view. Parking was limited . Found bathroom limited in space , and moderately cleaned. Very comfortable bed. TV poor reception , with guessing game on two controls ? They allow pets , and it has its noise issues. Their Breakfast was good and & was not included in the rate , Very Expensive ! They say U get what U pay for , Not Here ! Time to Keep on traveling. Mr. C

The Ocean Surf was a nice hotel. The pools are wonderful. We loved having the beach right across the street from us. Very close to restaurants and shops. The staff that checked us in was very informative, kind and welcoming. However, on the second day of our stay we asked for more towels and were told they would be brought to our room and never arrived. Our room floor definitely was not swept well, it was pretty sandy. Overall our stay a 3.5/5

Room was not cleaned as I formed. Had to asked twice to refresh room. Asked for fresh towels daily and ice and it seemed like a chores since they didn’t have enough staff. Parking got full each night. Location was ok … a bit of a long walk but if you enjoy walking like we do it is fine. Breakfast on premise was very good. Beach was nice but must bring chairs . Expected the overall experience to be a little better but it was okay.

The porperty and layout are very nice. Pool is great, bartender is amazing. Chef can really cook. They only replace the sheets and towels every 3 days. Our stay was for three days and they never came once which is really unfortunately.

Loved our stay! We will be back for sure!

The TV in our room did not work, the bathroom smelled of urine and when I went to get coffee in the morning, nothing was available on the menu

Limited parking in a busy area, TV wires hanging from the TV and TV didn't work, no place to sit in the room only a bed, coffee maker didn't work well, paper thin walls and ceiling made it noisy, otherwise ..

Très bon emplacement, superbe piscine au sel et excellent déjeuner. Par contre, la chambre que nous avions était selon nous trop petite pour 4 personnes et il manque beaucoup de rangement. Le housekeeping se fait seulement aux 3 jours ce qui serait à améliorer.

Hailey at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! The room was good , the people above us were very loud all night till 12:39 this am then went to bed then started again at 5 am so not much for sleep
