Our stay was amazing. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had everything that we needed within a Stones Throw.

We loved these accommodations and the Restaurant was amazing!

The motel is located on a busy street that is between the motel and beach. It is noisy. Nice view of the ocean. There wasn’t a spot to park when we arrived but was taken care of quickly. When sitting on our balcony trying to enjoy the view the people on the balcony next to us started smoking cigarettes and weed. We had to retreat to our room because the smell was so strong. I thought it was a non smoking motel. Was disappointing.

Location Location Location! Steps from the beach. Parking included. We made our morning coffee in our room, crossed the road and sat on the stairs to the beach in our pjs. Dinner and drinks on their rooftop terrace. We could have had their chowder for breakfast, lunch and supper. Pretty perfect!

It was an AI check-in couldn’t find the parking pass. Turns out it was in the room up two flights of stairs, which were very confusing to find no elevator, which made it difficult since I just recently had hip surgery and was unaware of this. Lugging luggage up those stairs really was not a great introduction. We did have a clogged sink a very nice maintenance guy came the next morning when we called him and fixed it other than that we didn’t get a room cleaned and there was a dead plant in the room however, when we did arrive, the room was very clean.

I was well aware that the room would be small. However there was nowhere to place belongings. Most of our belongings were placed on the floor. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Not exaggerating a bit. One of the nights, the hotel & restaurant lost power, obviously no fault of the owners. We were so fortunate that our room did not loose power, however, the key system runs on wifi which was out due to loss of power. We were locked out of our room for several hours. It was impossible to reach anyone. Called hotel - Stones Throw( no front check in desk. Check in is on your own at a kiosk). No success. Called sister hotel The Nevada, next door. No success. Walked to sister hotel The Nevada, no one could help. Called their other sister hotel, Viewpoint, no success . After several hours, a manager came to let the locked out guests back into their rooms. No contact from management to apologize for the inconvenience. We ate at Lulu’s twice. Decent. Ate at Stone’s Throw restaurant twice, much better. Amazing fish n’ chips!!! Great views. Great location. Easier contact with hotel management. Felt very abandoned. Get New beds!!

#1 Staff are excellent. patient, hard working, and helpful. #2 Cleanliness and neatness in a minimalistic way of my room. #3 Super modern appliances (coffee & tea, toilet paper and container) #4 ECO-friendly treatment for trash #5 ECO-friendly water containers #6 Strong shower #7 Plenty of bathroom supplies (towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc) #8 Proximity of dining options within walking distance #9 Ability to walk across the street to the beach #10 Ability to sit outside on the balcony with the table and chairs The general noise and inevitable screeching of the air conditioner. Given the days I was there, I was lucky to have A/C, however, after running the A/C for a while it screeched - It still put out cold air, but it was very difficult to sleep. There were no screens on the windows, so I did not open them. It is a fabulous facility and well run. So, if you don't need A/C or sleep very soundly, I highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

It was beachfront Price wasn’t bad The ac was so loud the bearings were bad. You had to turn it off to sleep at night. Also we booked a queen room with a queen size bed and got a full size bed. You have to check yourself in at a kiosk and it was broken so we had to call and wait for someone to help.

I loved that we received a text that we were able to check in about an hour early. Checkout 11:00am was great. Still time to have morning beach time. Room was a little small and had to walk a bit to get ice.

Beautiful room and the best view and sounds of the ocean. Great restaurant underneath. I’m an early riser but it is really noisy starting first thing on the morning. Traffic and deliveries. If you like privacy in your deck ask for the 3rd floor.

Close to the Ocean and easy check in ! Parking on site. Being on 3rd floor, to many stairs for old people. And the Pole wires were in the way of your view. Walls to thin could hear people fighting in next room.
