I would like a refund or will not be using Expedia again.

Assigned room was up 2 flights of outdoor stairs, no help offered for luggage Very comfy bed

No washcloths; 2 thin towels; bad lighting in room; light bulb burnt out; mattress was horrible; window ac not turned on to cool room before arrival; much worse than it appeared on website.

The location was good. Multiple times, we tried to find someone in the office, but no one was ever there when we went at different times. We would have liked extra toilet paper, tissues, coffee packs in our room for more than 1 day, and local tourist information. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room were noisy, but the worst noise was during our 3rd and final night. Industrial laundry noises below our room started at 10 p,m. and continued until after 1 a.m. Our phone calls about the washer and dryer noise only went to voicemail. Hotels.com could not reach anyone either. We did not find the bed comfortable and the property needs renovations.

Rooms need updated

The room was nice. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay. A little more attention to cleanliness and hosting would be a nice touch. Our shower had a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod where someone had taken off their makeup and the fridge had a 1/2 full water bottle and an open can of Mike’s Hard Lemonade. The room was otherwise up to standard. We tried to locate someone the next morning and then again in the afternoon but never found anyone at the desk.

The water pressure was good and water hot. The pool was not heated and it was FREEZING. The hot tub water was quite murky so we decided to not go in it Lots of yelling in a foreign language and dishes banging from the pvt apartment off the back of my room.

The stairs to the second floor are very steep , making it difficult to carry luggage etc up them. The back lot, where we needed to park , was dark.

When we got to our room it was pitch black outside, no lights on, several dead bugs n some live ones in the room also ,the rug was filthy ,there was a puddle of water under both of the beds with a little container to absorb the water but were already full . N it stunk so bad (damp n musty) the bathroom smelt like cat cat piss ) ... I left a note at the desk upon checking out cuz there was nobody there minding it .. Never got a response

My wife and I were sad because we have stayed at this place multiple times throughout the years, and the place had been taken care of nicely. Now, It’s completely rundown and you get the impression that the owners do not take pride in their building. Unfortunately, on our next trip, we will not be staying in this place because of the poor condition that it is in.

Room wasnt clean and the pictures dont do it justice, Id look elsewhere and read reviews.

No breakfast.... located near beach and close to down town. Could never find staff when needed.... needed more tissues. ( only found 1 left in room) and toilet paper. The window need to be cleaned. ( I thought iI was looking at fog in the morning,... I was actually looking through dirty windows, the same dirt from two years ago.)

A little quirky but nice. I couldn’t get the tv to turn on it showed power but didn’t turn on. The tv not working was not a big deal if I would have asked it would have been taken care. I only mentioned it on check out.

The hotel could use some updates. The room was clean enough, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. Bathroom fan and window need to be fixed. Airconditioner didn't work great and should be replaced. The location was good.

Lovely place for a couples weekend. Well located between 2 beaches on a fairly quiet road. Basic rooms were clean in a building that is older but generally charming. Our room could use a newer carpet on the next upgrade. Linens are nice, beds are comfortable but on the soft side if that matters to you. Able to hear the loud TV from the neighbors one night but otherwise never heard anyone up late or making noise outside.

We like to walk the beach and it’s very close. There’s a General Store within easy walk that serves good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. All parking is in the back of the property and is not lighted. Beds were not very comfortable . Not all the lights were working. Fox’s Lobster House is only a mile away and is good and fair prices. Don’t miss the fresh made daily blueberry pie and blueberry ice cream. And it’s right next to the Nubble Lighthouse.
