No microwaves in room. Old and plain decorations.

The inner buildings look like they were decorated by a public school department. Also, no microwave in rooms. Breakfast was a joke. Cold coffee and a couple recycled dry muffins.

Rooms are tiny, location is nice. We went in Apri of 26l, apparently the free breakfast is not availible/included during the off season, but that wasn 't posted anywhere on the web page. So be prepared to spend money on breakfast somewhere else

Continental breakfast was good, fresh, and well-tended. Plenty of food and it was pretty great to be able to sit out on the lawn to enjoy it. All of the staff members we encountered were so nice, helpful, and friendly. Our room was made up each day and we came back to find a couple of cute towel animals! So fun and creative! It was an easy walk into town and up to Nubble Light. Great all the way around, I highly recommend!

Location and cleanliness... What a view! The rain!

We had a nice ocean view. Rather rocky terrain right by the hotel, but it is easy to walk over to the sandier areas if you're not a rock person. Lovely seating areas out on the lawn! Breakfast is minimal: cakes and muffins with tea and coffee. If you need a balanced diet with protein and are gluten free, you'll need to go to a restaurant. There are many nice ones nearby. Funny thing with my payment: Expedia told me the hotel would take 50% when I booked, the rest when I showed up at the property. Even the front desk staff was surprised that the full 100% of my bill was deducted at the time of booking.

On the ocean. First floor rooms have doors out to the lawn and tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Plenty of hot water. Helpful and polite staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable and had extra pillows.

The perfect spot! The view is amazing. You could hear the ocean. Everyone was very friendly! Bathroom switches were a bit confusing, the van took a bit to kick in. Maybe labels on the flat switches.

Loved how it was outside. Perfect way to start the day We would definitely not stay on third floor.if there were stairs on property to beach would make it perfect!.

This is a no frills hotel with excellent staff and excellent view. What we love about it is that it's quiet- no screaming kids, no rowdy crowds, no banging hotel doors. The view of the ocean and the private lawn overlooking the ocean are absolutely perfect. Just the price- increasing every year too an almost unattainable amount. I understand they need to be competitive, though. It's tough to stay for more than two nights when it costs $400 or more.
