No extra towels were available and the hott water didn't work. The shower was disgusting and the floor was sticky. The blankets had stains all over them

The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. I reserved a handicapped room, and at reservation told them I needed a handicapped room because I'm an amputee. I was told this is not a problem and that I would have a handicapped accessible room. I was instead given a room on the 3rd floor with a bathroom door so narrow I couldn't use my wheelchair, I had to crawl on my knees to use the bathroom and could not shower in the tiny shower that had no grab bars. It felt so humiliating and degrading, not to mention physically painful.

This location has roaches. I checked out and so did a few others. Sketchy man hanging out by the elevators, parking isn't great at all. Just filthy!

Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the room had cockroaches. Expressed my disgust at being woken up by a cockroach to the front desk staff and no resolution was offered. Was originally going to stay 2 nights but had to stay at a different hotel the second night as I couldn't put my family through that again.

The pictures on the site do not match the room. I booked a room with a tub and had a shower stall that was stained. We were only given 1 opened till of toilet paper and no holder for it.

Close to where we needed to go worth the price Too many people just walking past the room , the people above us were really loud I didn’t sleep much the first night, had to buy extra blankets the bedding was very thin and had marks and burn holes on it
