I had a great stay no complaints very clean
-
It was fine.

Outside area unkempt. Gum deposits around entrance. Asked for maid service by hanging the room placard but got none. All the phones to the main desk were not able to be used. Had to physically go to the front desk for service. Asked for two extra pillows but only got one. Second one never came. Repaired holes in the walls of my room but no paint over to match the walls. Advertised a hot tub but it had been cemented over. Sauna was unclean just by looking at it. Front desk personnel were friendly and no complaints there. Breakfast was good enough.

The was great and stay was excellent but I didn’t receive a pro-rate for a whole day, I had to leave a day early cause I had death in the family and the manager he couldn’t give me my money back. I was so disappointed but I knew I had to leave and get home. Plus I tip the clerk and tip at breakfast wow

The toilet in the room stopped up and overflowed. I asked the night agent for a plunger and she stated that the staff keeps the room locked where it was located. I asked what time does housekeeping come in and she stated that she did not know. Therefore, we were not able to use the toilet for the night. I also asked for additional towels and wash cloths. She gave me towels and said they were out of wash cloths.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room needs a lot of work. The tub didn't drain while you were taking a shower. There are cracks in and outside of the bathroom. The floor has a lot of pen marks on it. The floor overall wasn't very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The place seems like a for construction workers and contractors instead of for families. I would not recommend this hotel. The pool wasn't working either, which meant you couldn't use the sauna. The ice maker on the third floor wasn't working.
