The food was OK It was nasty, the towels weren’t white they were either beige or brown, the bedding wasn’t clean, staff did not clean the room before we entered because we found remains from when the last person that stayed there.. there were holes in the bathroom walls, the tub was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. We had to ask at least three times for them to reprogram the keys because the keys didn’t work and then the elevator broke.

Location The pool was cold the pull out couch had no mattress in it and the floor felt like it could cave in at any moment

Location was close to the small town we were visiting. Service was awful. Upon our entering the room we noticed sticky ring stains of some kind on the table. The cover on the pullout sofa had dirty spots all over it, thick dust on the lamps, headboards and counters. I always wipe everything down anyway,but this was ridiculous the dust turned to a mud texture. Before doing my own cleaning, I went to the desk and expressed my being very unsatisfied with room condition and could we possibly change to another room. I was told there wasn't another suite available I should check the next day incase there's a chance of a checkout We are a family of four, the first night upon arrival there was only enough towels/washcloths for 2. Went next morning and extras. 2nd day my adult daughter arrived and was going to sleep on the pull-out sofa, it was filthy, linen was dirty balled and wrapped up in a dirty blanket. Went to front desk I told I had a hard time pulling it out and if the balled up blanket I found was the reason for problem of pulling out. The young lady called a guy from maintenance and asked if that was the broken sofa. The maintenance guy came to the room with her and said yes it the broken sofa. When they stripped lien off the mattress was filthy with urine stains. Now I need another room or a different sofa. The young lady assured me it would be taken care of before I came back. Upon our return the mattress and lien where changed, but left sofa pulled out because it wouldn't close. Still no towels, back down stairs to front desk. I'm apologizing for being a bug, but I have legitimate issues. We there for 4 days, and everyday I had to go get clean towels. By day 3 there was no cleaning service yet, trash cans full dirty wet towels stacked on bathroom floor. We were out during the day and returning hot and tired at night only to no toilet paper, trash and wet dirty towels. I was told that morning they only clean rooms by request, so I requested service.

Then it has some good shade, and it was closer to the movies

I checked out early with the Front Desk 9-4-26 before 11:00am because the job closed down for Labor Day weekend. The Desk Clerk failed to check me out. TTL was charged 4 days incorrectly.
