The room was comfortable. The location was a bit sketchy .

Very accommodating for my initial room they gave me since it smelt like smoke Initially when I checked in my room reeked of smoke. Very thin flooring. I stayed on the second floor and you could hear every single footstep above so that was very disturbing when trying to go to sleep. There was hair on the top comforters I had to strip the top blanket.
-
I like that the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were on the third floor and could hear the person above us stomping around.
-
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I had requested a ground floor room to make it easier for my bicycle, but I got a room on the third floor. The breakfast options were limited, especially for tea drinkers. The hot/cold water in the shower is reversed (opposite of what’s indicated on the faucet) and it almost got very confusing, I thought I only had cold water.
-
Old creaky floors. We could hear every footstep they took from above.
-
Nothing Get better staff. They are extremely rude but I’m sure they get it from there management because she’s was the worse one.
-
Nice and comfortable Whatever they got going on, on the 3rd floor of this building had me going INSANE!!! I stayed there for 2 nights, both nights, whoever or whatever it is on the 3rd floor above me, was literally running
-
It was comfortable and clean with nice staff. The area felt a little sketchy, but it was nice to have fences around the parking lot. It was well lit.
-
The price was good. We could hear the people above us walking around. The floor was very creaky. The location was not the greatest.
-
Convenient location close to I-40 Food provided for breakfast was not fresh (old cold coffee left out) plus we were not sure about quality of ingredients and whether or not it was real food (eggs tasted like they were powdered eggs)
-
Jose at the front desk was very inviting and welcoming. The location was very convenient the small pillows on the bed were not comfortable in addition to being able to hear others walking above our room
-
Staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable! Unfortunately, homeless people could be seen in the neighborhood.
-
Randy welcomed & greeted us as we walked in. Very good customer service. N/A
-
Roger at front desk was awesome when we checked in gave us a great location for dinner. Juan was awesome when we check out next morning. He was very helpful with breakfast. Rooms were ok. Drains in sinks and showers were very slow
-
Excellent food next by and access to freeway. To much light into the room. Asked for handicap but put me on forth floor. Not good
-
Everything was great The sausage links in the breakfast. They were steamed. Not very appealing
-
Conveniently located and very reasonable price! Nothing not to like!
-
I wouldn't recommend due to overwhelming homeless population in the immediate vicinity.
-
Reasonably good with good number of items Its little on outskirts of the coty
