The bathroom had a small hole under the sink and that is where the cockroach moved towards.

Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet all night long, no voices from others heard in our room. Mid size fridge was especially nice to have in our room as we stayed two nights and then had an 8 hour drive home so we left with cold drinks and frozen ice packs in our ice chest. The free breakfast was a requirement as we searched for the right hotel and turned out to be delicious, just what we like! Plenty of up-close parking so we didn’t have to carry our bags too far. We would have enjoyed Fox news and a bar area with maybe live entertainment.

The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.

Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.

Never stayed in a 1 bedroom suite before. It was nice to have a living room and kitchenette. It would be the place to stay for long stays!
