The location was great and within short distance to places of interest. There were good buffet selections for breakfast with hot meal, fruits, yoghurts and hot drinks (chocolate, coffee, and tea). Hot drinks were available 24hrs for self-serve. The WiFi was unstable and I only had an hour connection during my 4days stay. Although, the staff explained that poor connection wad due to flooding. My first night at the hotel was scary as a solo traveller. At 00:52, a man was heard in the corridor shouting / screaming, banging on my door and attempt to open my door but thankfully he did not get into my room. I was so scared that I stayed awake all night and reported the incident in the morning to the receptionist.

Elevator was out of order ask for first floor room but it was all sold out,they put us in second floors they didnt offer to deliver our luggage s so we have to carry our own luggage’s upstaires by ourselves using stairs.

The hotel in a good position in Albuquerque with plenty of food outlets nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast. I enjoyed my swim in the pool immensely and the hot top was lovely. The fold out bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the bars underneath the mattress.

Nice clean hotel in a great location for a pit stop in ABQ. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will keep this hotel in mind when in ABQ again.
