Wasn’t the worst but the food was okay. The room had questionable things and it was really loud in the room.

Good location The pool didn’t open until 10am. I wanted to swim before checking out.

When I initially checked in, I was rushed by the front staff. I tried to fill out the form I was given for parking and the staff member who checked me in was trying to charge things on the register before I even had a chance to give back the parking form. Then, the transaction expired by the amount of time. The check in staff was like let me see your card and inspected it which was odd. She pretty annoyed with me. Seriously, I drove 4 hours so let me get a chance to try to get situated. Afterwards, I was already done with the stay. The hotel elevator was crumby and old carpet. The hallway to my room was crumby as well. This was at 4 pm. I've heard good things about Holiday Inn, but this was not my experience this time. The checkout clerk in the morning was much friendlier the next day. Note to self. I'm not staying here again.

The breakfast was so so, my kids were disappointed the pancake machine was broken, but it looked like they were trying to fix it. They were also disappointed that the pool was shut down. I don’t remember seeing that on the listing when we booked. Parking was a little weird as you had to pay for it, but we ended up having to park on the street, not sure how that works. I was super happy that they had nice luggage carts as not every hotel we’ve stayed at on this trip had those; so we’d take the nice carts over weird parking any day (saves us having to make several trips up and down from the car with all of our stuff as a family of 6 on a road trip). Overall, nice ish hotel. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through the area.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. My only complaint was that the room smelled musty, probably from the AC. I let the front desk person know on my way out.

Parking lot was excellent with 24 hours Security, the breakfast was great too
