The place was a joke, no where to park homeless hanging out in front the place.not what I expected

Pros Comfortable bed Awesome shower The ENTIRE property is so Vibrant Great staff Seamless check in and check out process The hydration room was a very unique twist to the traditional ice machine Cons Bar was closed kinda early but it was a Tuesday Pool was closed I believe we arrived after closing But, The main thing I disliked is I booked through Expedia who in turn charged me room and tax and advised about a parking fee due at hotel however at the hotel they charged a separate tax on the parking. This was not a deal breaker for me because the stay was very pleasant but it was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless please do yourself the favor and book you won’t regret it !!!

Exceptional

Marley was super helpful at check in. Chose a nice quiet room for me. Bed was comfy, shower was great, appreciated the variety of coffee choices. Loved the strung lights after dark. Check out was easy. Would stay again.

A perfect stay! Fantastic place, great people. We were happy enough with everything, but the bonus was an early evening pool party featuring three awesome local bands. A visit to the hotel’s hidden speakeasy was the perfect ending to a perfect evening.

Room was clean as can be. Beds were comfortable. Great pool. Ideal location for good restaurants and bars. The staff were awesome. And it was a joy to be able to go to a modern day speakeasy. Overall, would strongly recommend this hotel.

Just love going back in time to the Route 66 era! The staff are amazing and helpful as well as fun! Our room so comfortable and clean! The pool area nice and funky! Can’t wait to try the speakeasy next time!

Average motel with updated paint, hard beds, and early check in fees. Lots of homeless people in the area. Wouldn’t stay here again on a girls trip.

So much fun at Hotel Zazz, perfect location for staying on Route 66 in the Burque :)
