Do not stay here, Dirty, disrespectful staff,

To make things exponentially worse, somebody was banging on doors in the middle of the night screaming to be let in. When I called the front desk about it, they basically just told me that if I had a problem I should confront them. HELL NO! When I told her I felt uncomfortable doing that, she hung up on me! SO unprofessional! She did call the police and they began to handle the situation, but by this point it was already 12:00 AM. The police were there for the rest of my stay dealing with multiple unruly guests. I felt like my life was in danger staying at this property. Eventually we just caved and left around 1:30 AM. Spent an hour searching for a new place to stay with no luck. We had to drive over an hour. Didn't get to sleep until 4:00 AM. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They can't even provide something as basic as a clean, quiet, and safe environment.

Actually I took pictures when we got there we did have a smoking room but the bathroom had ashes in the corner the carpets had spots all over them from I don't know what the toilet seat was loose and I asked for a screwdriver and she said someone would come fix it the following day nobody showed up. We were supposed to have continental breakfast which was included in our price and the only thing they had was a pumper with coffee their machine actually didn't work to get regular coffee and the lady at the counter didn't even know if it was decaf coffee or regular coffee that was in the pot the only thing they had for breakfast was too many muffins and creamers for coffee. Their machine to get snacks had little bags and chips the chips got stuck so the lady had to come use the key to get me my chips they didn't have any milk orange juice nothing for breakfast just the one coffee pot that had coffee in it. My husband was handicap which I told the lady at the office and she told me there was an elevator to use to get to our floor but I took a video and we had to go pass her office down to the end of the hallway for the first floor we had to exit that building to go into the other building to get on the elevator to go upstairs then we had to go clear there was a closer route which had like 18 steps buback down the hallway above the office because we had room 204 so we had to take several breaks in between there because my husband also has cancer in both lungs which I told you lady

I usually take reviews with a grain, but omg - this place was HORRIBLE! It stank, everything was dirty and nothing was maintained. My family slept on top of the covers because we just could not bring ourselves to pull back the sheets. There were no bugs but that was the only good thing about it. One review said "no toilet paper" and it was true... What hotel does that?!?!? Run away. Enter at your own risk.

Asked for non smoking room and the room was marked not smoking but the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and had a burn hole in the carpet. The breakfast food consisted of a pack of 2 small blueberry muffins.

Facility was filthy. Check-in took forever. There is a surprise $50 refundable charge for damages or incidentals. In my room the air con worked but was leaking water which left the carpet under and in front of in soaked and smelling moldy. Room rate was reasonable but you get what you pay for in this case. Staff was friendly and seemed helpful is the nicest thing i can say. I don’t.

There was glass beer bottles everywhere outside of the building. The carpet inside was dirty. There was a used paper towel at the door for two days. The room felt moist. The carpet and sink had burn marks and there was a stain on my comforter. I also was charged a 78 dollar deposit for incidentals when the price was 50. I got it back after my stay , however if i was short and couldn't pay it i doubt they would have let me stay. I would have appreciated the difference back immediately at the time of fault. Also there was a man outside basically harassing me to spend the night with him. Twice . I didn’t feel safe here. I will never come back again.

No use of hdmi. 1 sheet over dirty mattress cover no too sheet just cig burnt blanket. Never again

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. It has bugs in the beds, they don't clean the sheets they just make up the beds. The girl that sits at the front desk has a disgusting attitude. I don't understand why you would have this hotel on your booking. This was the worst hotel stay I literally got out of the hospital and went to this hotel and it was the worst two days of my life. I had to move over to another hotel to continue my recovery. This needs to be immediately removed from your booking and never put up there again. Is it disgusting dirty place. The bathroom has Burns all over the tub I could not even use the water I didn't feel safe using it. I have attended to call to have my money refunded or disputed with my bank. Someone needs to call me thank you

the room was dirty sheets dirty they didn’t have any clean laundary we couldn’t sleep because of this it was dangerous with dangerous activity outside our door
