TVs did not work in either room. Manager said to contact you do we could get a partial refund.

The hotel was clean. We arrived late and the staff was veery helpful with the check in process and answering any questions. The beds were comfortable.

Hotel is fine, but they will try to charge you a card swipe fee and some other extra charge. They will remove it if you made a reservation directly with hotel / IHG and honor the quote in your reservation (assuming the fees weren’t quoted to you).

The ladies at the desk were very friendly. This was by far the best experience I've ever had any other hotel. Rooms are updated with good beds. Pillows need replaced

Location close to I35. Good bed. Breakfast omelet warmer was off at 8:50 and omelets cold and inedible.

Room was clean; requested extra pillows and it was ready before we even checked in. Very friendly staff. Could use a little more selection for breakfast, but what they did have tasted good & was hot.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and did a great job with customer service. A lot of people forget how important CS is but the staff including the guy handling breakfast did an outstanding job

Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Could not believe the price of this property. i have paid way less for bigger or the same sized room! Did not get any extra for the double my normal price I was charged! Had no gluten free options for breakfast, so who cares if its included when you still can't eat anything. Booked a place close to the stadium and this defiantly was not that property!

Our air unit wasn’t working in our room, but staff worked to move us quickly to another room. Very clean , great breakfast, and great location!

Had a great stay. There were tons of kids for a dance competition and I didn’t hear a thing in my room.
