I forgot my swimsuit so I didn't get to try out the pool, and I didn't get the breakfast, but overall it was a decent experience. One of the quietest stays I've had at a hotel in a long while, which was nice. My only complaint is the bathroom wasnt very clean.

Our stay for one night was fine, but it's a rather tired hotel. You can just tell by little things like dirty hallways with old carpet, a wobbly toilet, and old furniture, that it's been around awhile.

I didn’t have breakfast. Beds were nice. The bathroom was very dirty and disgusting. There were spiders on the bathroom floor. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom. There were brown spots on the bathroom walls and some of the brown spots had hair stuck to them.

Damp smell and dirty.

Breakfast was ok. The bathroom was filthy. We would even get in the shower. Needed more blankets too. Froze all night.

The breakfast nook was the worst I have ever walked into. It was dirty and the appliances were dirty. I got a sealed yougart and left. From what I could tell the quality of the food was very low.

Had problems with room, staff and breakfast were fine. Common areas not clean. Overall appearance outside not great either. Needs some care.
-
Very convenient and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not good. Pool hours were short
-
The best thing about our stay was the staff—very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Room needed more light and more USB ports (only one in the room). I was dismayed when I found open and used bottles of lotion. Room was never cleaned during our three night stay.

loved my stay

Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean. Indoor swimming pool ( only 3 ft at its deepest but great for kids). Great price

From the moment we walked in, the property appeared poorly maintained. The lobby was dirty, the windows were filthy, and the elevator looked like it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. The condition of our room was just as concerning. The carpet felt dirty and worn, the walls and general maintenance were in poor shape, and the cloth recliner chairs in the room were visibly dirty and not something we felt comfortable sitting in. The bathroom was especially unacceptable. It did not feel clean, the tub was stained, and the water pressure was very poor. Overall, the room felt neglected rather than simply “dated.” I understand that not every hotel is luxury, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should not be optional. This property needs serious attention from management. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. And after night when we noticed there were no smoke detectors in the room. The hot breakfast turned out to be make your own waffles and that was the best thing because they used canned sausage and pre-made biscuits. We did enjoy Stacey the front desk person. I wasn't able to leave the property and go across the street since it was a no refund reservation

The room was clean but very outdated. The woman at the front was very helpful and was able to change our room from a king to 2 queens. Overall the hotel was fine but we only stayed there because the other hotels closer to ISU were booked.

I liked the price as I needed to stay for at least 4 nights to assist my family. The pool seemed like a good time, however I didn’t get to really check it out. I didn’t like most things about it. I didn’t like the way it smelled. I didn’t like the dust and hairs in every corner. I didn’t like how the keys never worked for the rooms. I didn’t like how they say you’d get new towels and linens after the 3rd night, but didn’t when I got back late. I didn’t like how the heat/ac didn’t work. I was concerned how the 2nd floor window opened up completely without a screen.
