Love the room. Wish it had a fridge though. Hallway had a weird smell , but other than that it was a great stay !!

Fruit flies at breakfast, room service literally made me sick so we ordered door dash from a couple places for each person and they threatened to trespass us for it?

Everything was great except for the A/C in the room, it was very hot and by the time I settled too late for someone to fix it. The staff were amazing!

I really like this hotel, but I have one gripe. The bathrooms are very poorly designed. The counter is tall and wide, and the sink placed far from the edge, making it very difficult for me, at 5’1”, to lean over the sink to wash my face without getting water all over the counter. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the fixed shower door makes it impossible to turn the shower on or off from outside the shower. There is only 1 grab bar and it is not where you need it to get in or out safely. Otherwise it is exactly what you would expect at a Hilton.

We had an accessible room because it was the only one available that was a king size bed. It was accessible; however, the bathroom door is soo heavy and it’s a slide, I as an able bodied individual, had difficulty with. I would stay again just because of the convenience to what we were doing.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to restaurants and activities. It is a short drive into DC or a short metro ride. There is a stop very near the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is available 24/7 as is help at the desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is in need of a refresh. It's tired looking. The gym is small and poorly appointed. The first room we checked into had a running toilet and we changed rooms rather then listen to that all night. Last night the A/c in the hotel was broken and our room was 79 degrees. On the positive side the breakfast in the executive lounge was really nice. Staff was friendly and responsive.
