Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston by IHG

Room wasn’t that clean the girl in the front desk she’s so mean ! Beds really bad

No housekeeping during stay at all. Facility does not have microwave, fridge is not cold enough. Pool says closing period ends in february but not open during the stay.

The evening check in clerk is wonderful. A shout out to MiMi!

The location was close to my conference place in Ballston. Good location.

Close to subway station , not too far from the airport

Old and run down

The sheets were dirty, some yellow spot on it. Towelss were dirty too! My goodness. In the center of Arlington, hotel is even worse than motel. Not worth the payment

Older hotel with some updates,clean, easy location to get around, parking available and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

i didn't really use any amenities. hotel was clean and staff was friendly upon check in

Check-in was super easy and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. There were some issues with the shower (heat/water pressure) and the ice machine on floor 9 (broken) and no complimentary water (although the bartender was VERY nice and filled up my water bottle with ice water). Parking was easy and the location was convenient and great for the price. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This hotel has a great location, very close to the Ballston metro station. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean. The building itself is older and is in need of updating, but I would stay here again.

Great service

I had a very bad experience with the check in . I was given the 5th floor . When attempting to go up the elevator did not work. Had to take 5 carryons up 5 flights of stairs. When I go to the room the room key is not active or was not set up correctly had to go down once again 5 flights os stairs to get this straighten out and then go back up 5 flight of stairs. Not a very good experience and to top it all off . The breakfast was not included with my stay.
