My room had a faulty ac unit excessively loud at start and worst when shutting down. This equates to very poor sleep
-
Very clean and beautiful property. Definitely will return to this location again

If you are female, take a shower cap as one is not provided. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast ordered off the menu was good and 1/2 portion options made it better.
-
We stay here often because of the restaurant. Great location
-
Hot tub needs to be upgraded.

We observed several mice in the Commentary Social House on 7/17. They were reported to management there and to the front desk the follow morning. There was also lot of road noise.
-
Starbucks in the Lobby was Great! One Elevator down for duration of trip. Break Buffet was good, but selection limited given price. Best Shower Head Ever! Overall Pleasant Stay.

Make sure the hotel doesn't charge you extra for room changes that may occur

There is mold in the bathrooms because there is no ventilation in them. They also lock the air conditioning so it never gets very cool on the room - not fun when it’s over 100- degrees out. Very disappointing considering it’s a Westin hotel.
-
Excellent location. Easy walk to metro stop. Lots of close places to eat. Target is across the street.

All good

The 3rd floor is musky due to pool. Feels like the AC wasn’t cleaned in quite a while which gave us a headache. Parking is “only” $40/night. We found a $9 early bird parking two buildings over.

We had issues with the air. The front desk were unavailable to help. After the second day, they switched our rooms. They still had trouble with air.

The ac was not working the first night staying there and I thought it was due to the 100 degrees outside but I decided to say something to the front desk. They told me that the ac was not working as normal but the room should not be as hot as it was 81. He put in a maintenance request and he told me that if they could not fix it, we would get moved to another room. When I got back to the hotel 4 hours later, the room was cool and had a better night’s rest for the rest of the stay. Jose P from The Commentary restaurant was super awesome too. My staycation was great!!
-
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping staff pleasant. Ridiculous that guests pay $40 a night parking fees; same as general public and extra $25 a day fee at checkout. Great diner right across street for wonderful breakfasts!!
-
Housekeeping staff was great. Carpets were very tired. The restaurant had mice...

We had a number of issues with our room and had to move rooms 3 times. First the room wasn't as described (I think it was just a king). We were told we could upgrade for free to a suite. I explained that I needed 2 beds because our kids were with us. We got up to the room and had a king and a sofa bed pullout with a very terrible mattress. Then we had to move a third time. My kids were so excited about going to the pool. When we got down there, the pool was freezing to the point that my husband and I didn't want to go in. The hot tub was out of order which was another disappointment and we only stayed down there about 30 minutes. Kind of frustrating for my kids as this was part of a birthday present and the pool/hot tub was a huge part of it.

Gym and pool were great. Restaurant was good. Staff excellent. Property clean. The beds were a little worn and bathrooms need a little maintenance. Amazing location in proximity to Ballston metro, Target, restaurants, coffee. All walking distance. Overall, great stay and would stay here again.

Toilet handle had to be shaken several times to fill the tank. Sink drain was very, very slow. Room 729. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was good.

It is an older hotel... Staff were great room was clean but aging
