Na Two cockroaches. Broken ice machine one day. Broken front door for a few days. Dirty floors but clean towels and bed sheets. No hairdryer in room. Minimal supplies. Thin walls. Good hot water.

Price, kind staff Not very clean

So close to great dining and access to all areas of Arlington and DC. Very very basic but great value for the price.

The rate was reasonable. It was useful to have a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The towels were absorbent and soft. The bar soap was a mere sliver. Too small. It's become time to replace the carpeting in the room.

Carpets were dirty

Staff is always friendly and sociable. Great price and location. Parking is a little tight and they had a leak but that's nothing against the stay itself.

My reservation, which was fully paid for in advance, was mistakenly entered for the night before I was planning to stay. Although there were some rooms available, since my reservation was for the night before, I was not provided with a room. I ended up sleeping in my car. The following four nights, I stayed at the J.W. Marriott in DC. Needless to say, they offered MUCH better treatment there! They could have given me a room. I would have been willing to pay twice, once for the erroneous reservation for the night before, and again for the night I ended up sleeping in my car.

Friendly staff Really, really dirty (like, a significant amount of hair in the sheets). Smoke smell inside.

Location, price, quality

The staff is very knowledgeable on how to get around by busses and trains. Let us know where good was. Very friendly, and we will definitely stay again .

The place is not well ventilated and the condition of everything is run down. BUT, if you need a relatively inexpensive place to simply sleep and there's nothing better it's tolerable, but certainly no enthusiastic recommendation.

Building needs upkeep. Carpet needs a good cleaning. pealing paint, dark hallways, ice machine not working properly
