Great staff and great location

We chose the studio layout, 1 bed. A few minor specific picks for critique: There needs to be more lighting inside of the room. There’s only one ceiling light and an LED strip for main lighting by the kitchen. There are two table lamps that were the only main source of lighting. The bathroom vent is very loud. The room blinds were cheap Venetian standard blinds and were bent. It felt like it didn’t provide enough privacy and light filtering. The kitchen was nice and worked fine along with microwave and fridge. Our garbage disposal wasn’t working though. The bed, personally it was too firm. It felt as these beds were used for a long time and not changed out as you can feel spots within the bed where many have sat or laid down, causing dips. Cheap spring bed feeling. We didn’t use the dryer/washer but it seemed new and nice. Other than those few things, we had a decent stay. This looks to be an apartment complex turned into a hotel with a quick renovation that can be easily seen in the work on the paint, caulk and quality of materials used. Possibly not bad if you need a whole kitchen and wash/dryer. Otherwise think about your options before proceeding.

When I arrived, I was greeted in a welcoming manner where the concierge was there to assist with a smooth check in. I through enjoyed my stay, I will definitely book to stay again. It's great for traveling Healthcare professionals.

The staff was so wonderful!

Room was clean and was in walking distance to many restaurants and target. The pool is very small. Looks more like a jacuzzi versus a pool which is what was in the description.parking is $35.00 per night which is a fair price I think for the area.

Awesome place to stay full kitchen very clean

The hotel is in a convenient location to the Metro from easy travel to the capital. All around good value with a full kitchen. My only complaint would be the be being a little hard and pillows not squishy. Would stay there again.

Location No carpet in room

Location is amazing! Bldg clean and safe! Staff was bery helpful! The room had everything I needed. I just wish I could have stayed a few days to take advantage of the jacuzzi, gym, and patio areas! Highly recommend!

Nice clean appartment in student...

We booked this hotel online and got a good price for a night there. Definitely clean and updated room. Loved my city view. Only thing was that the onsite parking was expensive. Other than that I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice,clean, updated place to stay.

Easy check in and out. Very dog friendly.
