Arroyo Village Inn

Only 2 pillows on bed, missing two extra, tv doesn’t have any channels, although it was a good tv, bed was comfortable but I think it was a double not a queen…..

Parking was very limited, the room was really small for what I paid for, I will say it was clean.

Carpets dirty and room had a smell most likely due to carpets they were stained. We ended up not staying and left.

Staff was amazing

check in was nice and easy, Shower could use some real soap

It was a 1950’s motel that had really been upgraded

Nothing floors were dirty people were rude Same

Room smelled horrible and the rooms were unclean just disgusting. Don’t stay at this place it was a horrible experience.

The price. It was a clean room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, had a fridge and microwave, coffee in the room! Nice! Will definitely return

Rooms are a bit warn down (dinged up wall corners and chipped paint). Heater didn't work in the first room and had a cold night. Staff was very understanding and provided a different room. The TV didn't work on the second room.  It was a quiet place, and the staff was very courteous.

Linens and towels were old and stained.

The location the price and it very quite an totally safe n I have no complaints

I cannot praise enough the owner and staff on their professional and personal treatment it was most definitely the best I have ever had. I have stayed in all types of establishments some great, some good and some bad with pricing ranging all over the map. I have to say without hesitation that the Arroyo Village Inn is in the Great category due to its pricing, cleanliness and customer treatment. I will stay here every-time I am back in this area.

Place was very dirty carpet stains sink faucet sprays water everywhere shower dirty as well just not a place to stay in for a good restful night
