We stayed here on our way up the coast. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our single night. Close to Pismo beached downtown but not walking distance

Didn’t like the place, had no choice , it was graduation weekend and everything was booked.

After a long day of driving we were ready for a rest. Boy did we get it! The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the air conditioner (even though it was cool outside) kept the room at a nice even temperature for us. We only stayed one night, but it was a great price for a good night's rest.

Near downtown, cent3erd located, very good breakfast next door, friendly owners.

Close to Old Town Arroyo Grande and the location was perfect for our travel. Good value and clean. We experienced no problems.

Easy and secure I parked my motorcycle with ease in their parking lot

Very friendly staff, clean room, hot water in the shower No ice machine, Narrow place to enter the parking. The desk only works until 10 p.m. The smell in the room is not fresh. Not enough parking places

Since the Inn was small the parking was close. The towels looked dirty and old. When we showered the water came out onto the floor because the shower curtain did not close all the way. We stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay. The top drawer on the dresser would keep on opening up on its own.very annoying.

Staff were really caring and had good communication skills. Maid service was missed the first day... maid service tag I put on door was missing. Office was closed in the morning so I left sticky note instead of calling the night number about maid service and I came back to a serviced room. Parking is tight. Location isgreat. Microwave didn't work but management microwaved .y meal for me... I didn't want to go out to dinner and having to maneuver my truck to park!

The property was well maintained. The beds were not that bad to lay in before its purpose. It was a good room. Driving in and out of the property is a little rough as you have to make sure nobody’s coming in while you’re coming out as it’s only big enough for one car to go through

Convenient, close for breakfast. Parking, building is old and run down.

Everything was very clean, the property was very quiet, the staff/owners were so gracious & welcoming! The mattress was amazing and I should have looked at the brand because I’d buy one. Everything, including the price of the stay, was wonderful! I’ll definitely be booking there again in the future. The only downside if you can even call it that is the driveway is narrow but opens up to a great little parking area. Again I must say the property was extremely well maintained and clean!!!

Value for money!!

Nothing Used the bathroom one time, I peed never put toiletries in the bowl, it flooded the room resulting in me confronting staff being ignored, situation being escalated to where I was saying the F word, I forced the staff to clean the bathroom while they were arguing with me because of my profanity, I have freedom of speech in this country I will say what I want especially when your toilet doesn’t work, fridge is covered in black mold, and hair all over the beds I have pictures and videos of everything also the argument, I will be pursing civil court because they charged me $150 for a night I didn’t stay and forced me to stress/ scramble around for a hotel for my son and sons mother this is unacceptable and unfair you are scamming people, towels stained, fridge covered in mold, black stuff and unspecified liquids, toilet non usable, FOR GODS SAKE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE PLEASEEEE

Clean. Problem with hot water. It took a long time to get hot.
