The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa

It’s a beautiful place. The historical building along with the natural beauty is a perfect combination for relaxing and entertaining.

The pool and hot tubs in the spa could only be used by spa guests and guests that paid $200 per day to use them. There was another outdoor pool, but it was so far away, I couldn't even see it from the hotel. The concierge suggested taking a shuttle to the pool. At these nightly prices, a pool and hot tub for all guests is expected. The guest room walls were paper thin in the Sammons annex. I could hear conversations next door and could even hear someone hiccuping, so you felt as though you couldn't talk about anything private (or do anything else) because your neighbor would hear every word.

We had a wonderful stay!!

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about what happened during our stay at the Omni Grove Park Inn on September 12, 2026. My daughter and I had dinner at Edison, Craft Ales + Kitchen at approximately 4:00 PM. My daughter was served chicken that was visibly raw/undercooked. This was not simply chicken that was slightly overcooked or undercooked—the chicken was clearly not properly cooked before it was served to my child. Approximately one hour after eating the chicken, my daughter began experiencing stomach pain and diarrhea. She continued to experience symptoms during our stay that evening, which significantly affected what was supposed to be our overnight stay at the resort. We left the following day. I want to be very clear: I am not making a medical claim that the chicken definitively caused her symptoms. What is particularly upsetting is that we trusted a well-known resort to maintain appropriate food safety standards, especially when preparing and serving food to children.

The restaurant, Vue 1913 is definitely worth the trip. One of the best meals of my life. I wasn't able to stay check out the spa because it was an impromptu trip and they are booked up. However my next planned trip will definitely include a massage package. Excellent newly renovated bathrooms. And a cozy fireplace. This might be a great winter destination.

Incredible staff! The Surf & Turf at the Sunset Restaurant was to die for! Best meal I have had in a while! Steak could be cut with a fork. Scott in the Spa was fabulous!

Location and Views Needs some upgrading in club rooms

Everyone made us feel important and everything is so well maintained. We go to a different spa every year and this is the best! The corner room had amazing views! Worth every penny!

This property is an amazing resort. The building is stunning, overlooking the mountains. The property has about 5 bars and several restaurants, a spa and inside and outside pool, a gym with tennis etc. They have everything you need - to do nothing. With a huge fireplace in the lobby, there’s room for many to sit. The staff is beyond genuine and helpful. I can’t say enough good about this location. It’s located within a few miles of the Biltmore estate – which is not to be missed. We will return one day in the fall, to enjoy a different season at the Omni in Asheville.

old world charm and history - very impressive hotel and location

The Grove Park Inn was romantic, cozy and relaxing place to stay in Asheville! We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th anniversary there. The dinner at the Edison was delicious! And breakfast at the Blue Ridge was outstanding! Wonderful service and food at both!
