Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Paid $300 a night and the room didn’t have toilet paper upon arrival. Thankfully, the front desk sent some up (after calling twice). There were also some minor issues with valet parking (delays). Other than that, nice hotel.

First trip to ATL and it happened to be the closest hotel to an event I was attending. Hotel is right in the midst of the action. Room was clean, comfy, and the staff were very friendly. Also liked the free filtered water on the floor with reusable water bottles. I was on the 3rd floor and despite all the action downstairs and the nearby bar, I did not hear a peep. Room was near the elevator so I did hear people coming in and out of the elevator, but nothing to complain about. Some of the furniture in the room could use maintenance - closet doors warped and no longer on the track, daybed cushion by the window could use a deep clean.

Wonderful location. Beautiful city view! As a solo traveler I felt safe and cared for from the front desk, Drawbar staff, the Cafe and Valet who held my bags when I checked out. My only slight disappointment was there is no pool but everything else was truly elite.

I made a mistake with my booking however I purchased insurance for said cases; Not only was I not reimbursed, they staff are not flexible compensating in any way. Very dissatisfied

Room heater unit was loud and noisy wasn’t able to sleep no credit given for that it poor room I’ve looking garage no view not worth the price

The staff was excellent, the room was great - spacious and clean, nice decor. Could not hear any noise from surrounding rooms (though no idea if they were occupied)

As a lifetime platinum elite member I’ve stayed in almost every type of Marriott property available. I spent over 300$ to stay here. There was no coffee or tea in my room or in the lobby and there was no concierge lounge. I was told I had to go pay more money for a tea at a coffee shop in the lobby. I didn’t. I won’t ever be back. The room was nice though.

The front desk clerk told me that their upper king rooms had terrible views and so I wouldn't be giving anything up to stay in the downgraded room. Seems more likely that they didn't actually have the type of room I reserved and paid for, gave me a worse room, and tried to pass it off as an upgrade. Not sure why I'd return based on this experience.
