check in was at 4:00pm and i didn’t get into atl until around 2:30am and tbh he said i am not able to check in and they did not refund me my money at all!!!

The location is great!! That they're is only one Television in the Apartment. Please put a Television I. The Bedroom. That's my only complaint.

Bedroom gets DARK and is reasonably soundproofed from the sounds of the city. The location is great, with a bodega and several restaurants and bars nearby. We also made good use of the kitchen. Living area needs curtains in front of the sliding glass door for privacy (I can see right into the apartments across the street, and they can almost certainly see me!). Need at least one additional towel hook in bathroom. The handles of the cookware in the kitchen get too hot to handle while cooking, so likely should either switch to a different brand or provide kitchen towels for handling the pots.

I’m a local and I was hopeful to enjoy a home away from home. This property felt like a hotel with the important elements I would’ve wanted absent. This would be best for a single work traveler or someone not staying in the room much.

In addition, there was extremely loud music playing on my floor around 2 AM on Tuesday, and I had to contact the front desk because of the noise. Overall, while the location and space were good, the cleanliness and noise level made this a very poor experience.

I've stayed here a few times and it feels like they put the bare minimum into maintaining the building and cleaning the units.

The property was clean, in a great location, had spacious rooms, and all of the amenities one could ask for.

It was in close proximity to the venue we were attending during our stay. No food or bar in the building

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. Didn’t really interact with staff since it was self check-in where you scan I’d and credit card and create your own room keys. Attached parking garage with separate fee. Only downside was there was no tv in the bedroom but other than that, the apartment was completely furnished to include a washer/ dryer in closet. Lots of eating establishments within walking distance - The Pink Lotus, Miller-Onion and Marcell’s. Highly recommend!!

The property and building really created the value for the stay. But as far as the owners maintenance I would say was lack luster. Hair strands on the bed, fecal stains on the toilet seat, dirty dishes, no soap holder in the shower. All of these things that made me question the sanitation and comfort of my stay. The building and architecture of the room wad lovely. Owner pulled it down.

Don’t go up the wrong elevator. Loooonnnnggggg walk if you don’t go up the right one. Seriously. Talking city blocks length.
