WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Atlanta Perimeter

Rooms wasn’t clean enough especially the showers and floors, had a funny smell to the room every time you walked in. The front staff wasn’t helpful at all, no one could tell me why I got charged an extra 100 dollars at 12am the day of check out during a “night audit” from what the hotel staff told me or it it was “I can’t see the charge” I will not be returning to these nasty folks establishment. I have hella people in ATL that I send there but that will stop. And tell April she need to fix her attitude if she don’t want be bothered with me people, ol hag.

Very clean studio suite. Very welcoming staff at front desk. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and for families traveling with children. Washer and dryer in unit. Will stay here again if I’m in Atlanta’s

This is a great place to bring your family but I ruins the mood when someone acts that way towards you Beside that it’s a nice calm place which nice things around n clean rate is 4/5

•Front desk staff was amazing and very friendly! The best hospitality I’ve experienced all summer! Cons: • Room was filthy, especially the walls and floors. we left our luggage in the car scared roaches would get inside our belongings. • Pool was FILTHY and I mean Extremely disgusting inside!!!!!!! From shoes to cigarette butts, food floating, tree branches, dead bugs, and other debris and trash. Ruined our entire trip because that was the sole reason for choosing that property and the area with our children to enjoy. We arrived on a beautiful 4th of July and was wondering why no one was at the pool….. we soon found out. Huge disappointment!

Great location, room was nice and had everything we needed. Only downside was when it rained, the water either came through window or door

Convenient to all of Sandy Springs/North Atlanta, very well-appointed, comfortable and ideal for long-term stays. The suite offered enough flexibility to entertain guests. Will certainly revisit in the future.

We liked the full apartment style. It seemed more private than a motel. The staff was great and friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was the room smelled a little musty but it looked very clean though.

Amazing, I will stay there !

The walls, carpets, and baseboards are filthy. The tub shower is worn out, and dented with active rust. Water pooled and I nearly slipped several times. The grounds are littered with ciggerette buds and the landscaping is a mess.

Overall it was a nice place. I loved the room, it gave a homey feel. The room did have a strange smell, but other than that it was nice.

Nothing because I did not stay THIS HOTEL ROOM WAS DIRTY AND SMELLED LIKE CAT OR DOG URINE. THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WAS NO HELP AT ALL. OF COURSE SHE DID NOT CARE SO I CANCELED AND FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL THAT WAS CLEAN

Great stay at WaterWalk Atlanta! The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Also, the room felt more like a modern apartment than a hotel. The staff was friendly, the property was quiet, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Scammers!! the best advice I can give, turn the TV on before you leave!
