Four Points BY Sheraton Austin Airport

The location was nice next to a gas station. A few restaurants walking distance from the hotel to choose from. The Waffle House, Denny's, and Javis Tex Mex are close by which I tried the Javis Tex Mex Restaurant was delicious would recommend it for everyone. The only thing the hotel was missing was a pool/ Jacuzzi tub. Other than that hotel is a good place to stay.

Don't believe the soundproof rooms noted, they're not. Heard folks talking, doors closing and the whirring of the elevators clearly enough to keep me awake. Also, $50 upfront charge for "incidentals" seemed sus; what happened to taking the card just in case and only charging if/when something was used or purchased? But clean, close to airport and gas station next door for rental car fill-up. Front desk was friendly & helpful.

A very basic, but clean newer hotel it seemed, but the walls were paper thin, and the ceiling must have been also.....could hear every time the room above me walked across the floor.

Many stays here. Staff nearly always helpful and cheerful. Clean and new, easy amenities like gym and laundry. Food is basic but reasonable and handy.

1. Parking fee. It is not that busy an area where parking is a problem. There’s plenty of space around, all in all parking could be free. 2. Pet fee. Although it is disclosed in fine print about $150 pet fee - the property is not at all supported for any pets. There’s not a single trash can around - I had to walk to another hotel’s trash site to through dog bag. And no dog station usually found around hotels that allow pets - thise have waste bags and a trash bin. 3. It’s a new build - several things were not working properly. Our door wouldn’t close with just its spring, had to push to close.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds and pillows were great, all the employees are so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

This property had a leak coming down the middle of the entry counter. At first I thought it was rain. By the evening they had a small towel collecting the water and by the time I checked out the next day they had a bucket. 😕

The bathroom was not very clean and it smelled really bad. I had to ask for deodorizer for room. Staff did not even apologize or ask if we’d like another room.

Booked the airport location for the shuttle…but it ran every hour. Would have had to wait 45 minutes for the 10 minute ride. The extra money spent on a ride negated any savings. Going elsewhere next time.

The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with an extremely comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Every area of the hotel was clean and inviting, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it convenient to get wherever I needed to go, and the overall atmosphere was warm, professional, and relaxing. It's clear that the team takes pride in delivering an excellent guest experience. I highly recommend Four Points to anyone.
