Four Points BY Sheraton Austin Airport

1. Parking fee. It is not that busy an area where parking is a problem. There’s plenty of space around, all in all parking could be free. 2. Pet fee. Although it is disclosed in fine print about $150 pet fee - the property is not at all supported for any pets. There’s not a single trash can around - I had to walk to another hotel’s trash site to through dog bag. And no dog station usually found around hotels that allow pets - thise have waste bags and a trash bin. 3. It’s a new build - several things were not working properly. Our door wouldn’t close with just its spring, had to push to close.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds and pillows were great, all the employees are so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

This property had a leak coming down the middle of the entry counter. At first I thought it was rain. By the evening they had a small towel collecting the water and by the time I checked out the next day they had a bucket. 😕

The bathroom was not very clean and it smelled really bad. I had to ask for deodorizer for room. Staff did not even apologize or ask if we’d like another room.

Booked the airport location for the shuttle…but it ran every hour. Would have had to wait 45 minutes for the 10 minute ride. The extra money spent on a ride negated any savings. Going elsewhere next time.

The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with an extremely comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Every area of the hotel was clean and inviting, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it convenient to get wherever I needed to go, and the overall atmosphere was warm, professional, and relaxing. It's clear that the team takes pride in delivering an excellent guest experience. I highly recommend Four Points to anyone.

The area was superb, the area was clean, bar downstairs for direct access with the world cup playing. Parking was easy and easy access to the airport. The place didn't accept any form of cash. Recommend to change this.

The room had mold on the ceiling, when we told the front desk about it, they just said maintenance will look into it. We still had to stay in the room.

The room was clean. They don’t say there is a 150 dollar fee for a pet and 20 for parking on the site. It cost more than the room itself and they were not helpful or kind.
