Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport

Property could use some updating, but fine for our one night stay.

The staff was extra friendly and helped me book additional days at a lower cost. They were also able to find a way for me to stay in the room that I was already staying in w two queen beds despite me booking a room with only one bed. They were fantastic and were very helpful and it was most appreciated!

Its not a premium experience but staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not great but can hold you over. I mostly ate the fruit and went to the waffle house close by. Its convenient because its close to the airport and the highway. The rooms are clean and the staff is accomodating to your needs.

Overall good experience. Shower was hot, ac was cold. Even though we were by the elevator it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was maintained. Coffee was decent for hotel coffee. No complaints tbh.

A lot of noise

Clean room. It didn’t cool well though. Also booked this hotel knowing there was a pool and was very disappointed that it was not cleaned and opened during our 4 day visit.

Staff was very helpful, for breakfast I think there should an option of sandwiches without meat. 24 hour coffee dispenser in lobby wa great.

Staff was really nice. Room was really clean and bed super comfortable! Only complaint is the giant in the room above me that decided to practice marching back and forth from midnight till about 3AM! Once I finally went to sleep, I slept so hard I missed breakfast! Other than that it was a great stay. Will stay there again :)

Affordable clean place to stay.

Good, inexpensive stay close to the airport!

Room was clean and less than 10 minutes from the airport. No restaurant at the hotel and the complimentary breakfast left me disappointed. There is a small coffee pot in room as well as a small fridge.

Staff

Everything looks good. It is better to provide one complimentary water bottle.

I like their accessibility for the Deaf in the room, such as an available doorbell. Love that the bathroom is big enough to change clothes. Spacious.

Breakfast was O.K. The Bed was a little soft.

Room was nicer than we expected. Very cozy and lets of amenities.

Comfortable bed, small room, noisy air conditioner. The electricity went off in the middle of the night and I couldn't sleep because I could hear my neighbor's conversation.
