The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and I really enjoyed the ambient lighting in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The door was a little hard to open and close. The water pressure was a little low for my liking but overall, I enjoyed my stay. The bed is firm, but I slept great.

Called in early that day of check in if I could check in 2 hrs early the lady said yes, but wasn’t expecting to pay $45 extra for checking in early

The room that I booked was not available. They wanted to put us in a queen size bedroom. I booked a king. After I complained, they upgraded me to a lager room with 2 king beds.
-
Large, clean room.
-
There was no hot water at night and water pressure was bad as well.
