Not close to shops. But great value and clean

Close to highway, so there was road noise especially noticed at night, I expected that being close to airport. Short staffed, but probably the most attentive and customer focused I have experienced. The shuttle service was not available as marketed; but Uber was booked by the hotel for to/from airport service - I was impressed, so much better than a shuttle. I would stay at this location again.

Room was great. Room was only cleaned once during our stay. Pool and hot tub seemed dirty with things floating in water.

Excellent stay, excellent staff, excellent location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin

I've stayed here several times before and will continue to book here! The property itself is very well-maintained, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice and clean. There's also no parking fee! Zero complaints!!

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel had everything we needed and was exceptional value!

One of the biggest disappointments was the suite configuration. This may have been partly my misunderstanding, but we booked the suite expecting two beds plus a pull-out sofa bed. The sofa was not a sleeper sofa, and the hotel does not offer rollaway beds. To their credit, they did provide extra sheets and blankets, but it still left us without the sleeping arrangements we expected. The complimentary breakfast was also below average compared to other hotels in this price range. Overall, the experience felt much more like a budget hotel than the rate we paid would suggest. While the hotel was clean and the on-site staff were pleasant, I would not choose to stay here again. Feels overprices for the amenities and the type of hotel.

When I checked in, I provided my ID and the front desk asked if I was from around here. I said yes. They responded that it was hotel policy to not rent to locals. We were not able to stay at the hotel. We stayed at this exact hotel one month prior, with the same local address, so don't know why the policy was not followed last stay. I was not provided the "no locals" policy on their website, or from any email communication before we arrived.
