Very clean rooms and staff was very friendly and met all of our needs during our stay in Austin

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating Nothing it was all nice

The room was clean but very humid even down to the bed sheets. It seemed like the room hadn't been AC'd in a long time since there was a lingering humidity throughout.

Stayed here for work and enjoyed every moment. This was probably the Best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. Extremely comfy beds. Exceptional staff everyone was so welcoming and friendly including the house keepers. Will definitely be staying again.

My stay both nights in Room #414 (handicap) was good; I was able to sleep, get food brought to me and help with my luggage. One big issue and suggestion is to have an ADA shower seat available for the bathtub of the handicap rooms. On 11/20, I was too tired from conference and pain to call for one. To shower, I had to sit on the side of bathtub and water flooded the floor -- that is dangerous safety issues where handicapped people can slip and fall. You must have grab bars, good job, and always a shower seat available in the handicap room.

Room right off the highway was very loud. Helpful and kind staff. Limited amenities.

I appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms , nice atmosphere, breakfast available, proximity to airport. It was all good.

Very courteous staff and excellent cleanliness.

My husband and I stayed here during F1 race weekend and we were very satisfied with our stay. It was very clean, safe, welcoming, and altogether a great stay. It was also close to COTA, which was a bonus.
