The rooms were very clean, room had an island which I loved, and a full sized fridge. The whole property felt very high value. All staff members were so amazing. The ac is motion sensor so when sleeping the ac will cut off after 55 minutes therefore the room does not stay cool. If you’re a person that likes the room to be cool (below 73) I would not recommend. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

get cooler than 71 degrees so at night we were burning up. I brought this to the attention of the staff the day after our first night and was told that maintenence will come either that day or the next morning to fix it. When I followed up that night about maintenence not coming and to get a new room, I was told that every room like mine has been booked and that i would just have to wait for maintenence to come the next morning. I knew my husband and I weren't going to be able to sleep that night with it being 71 degrees so I asked for a fan and luckily was provided one. We waited for maintenence the next day and they never came. I do not believe I have to follow up more than once on a request, I expect that a business should meet any request that have been opened by a customer and unfortunately it wasn't.

The hotel was beautiful and still felt brand new. The rooms were clean, and the property was well maintained. Unfortunately, the walls seemed very thin, as we could hear our neighbors throughout the night and again early the next morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I was also disappointed with the breakfast options. As someone with dietary restrictions, there were no eggs options available—only side dishes. It seemed many guests were disappointed with the limited breakfast selection. For a newer hotel, if management realized they had run out of eggs, it would have been nice if someone had gone to purchase more rather than leaving guests without one of the main breakfast items. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but improvements to the soundproofing and breakfast menu would make for a much better guest experience.

Back parking lot was very small. I drive a 4door F150 with a 5ft 6in bed and I hardly fit in the space. One side of my vehicle was definitely on the line. I was back all the way to the curb and the front of my truck was sticking out 2ft.

Lots of confusion with staff regarding reservation. Not all on staff, used booking.com which made things more difficult.
