No breakfast options as they never had breakfast

The hotel was beautiful and still felt brand new. The rooms were clean, and the property was well maintained. Unfortunately, the walls seemed very thin, as we could hear our neighbors throughout the night and again early the next morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I was also disappointed with the breakfast options. As someone with dietary restrictions, there were no eggs options available—only side dishes. It seemed many guests were disappointed with the limited breakfast selection. For a newer hotel, if management realized they had run out of eggs, it would have been nice if someone had gone to purchase more rather than leaving guests without one of the main breakfast items. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but improvements to the soundproofing and breakfast menu would make for a much better guest experience.

The only issues we encountered were with the bathroom electrical system and parking. When using the hair dryer, the bathroom lights and outlets would occasionally trip the breaker. Thankfully, the electrical panel was easily accessible, allowing us to reset it ourselves. Parking was also somewhat challenging. While there appeared to be plenty of spaces in the front lot, many were blocked off. If you arrived later in the evening, very few spots were available, and the parking spaces were quite small. Several vehicles were not parked within the lines, making it even more difficult to find a suitable spot. Other than those minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. My daughter was sick, and we wound up spending about 75% of our vacation in the room. We were grateful to be in such a clean and spacious room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The gratis breakfast was nice.

Restroom and wash room where separated. Big enough to sleep 6. Kitchen was nice. I was impressed by the dishwasher, and single stove top. Definitely worth the money for one night.

This is a well-appointed, attractive property. The amenities are wonderful - airport shuttle both ways, daily breakfast until 10:00 and a noon checkout time. The suite is quite comfortable but the kitchen sink had old food stuck to it, there were crumbles of what looked like Doritos in the carpet by the bed and a few strands of hair on the shower floor. Kind of makes me wonder how well the other fixtures and appliances were cleaned. The linens were clean, though.

A beautiful hotel with every amenity. Seemed very new. Would definitely stay here again when flying out of AUS.

Very professional and friendly staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Pool and exercise areas were well kept and nicely furnished. Will definitely stay there next time we are visiting Austin.

Everything was nice and clean

Nice and clean. The suite was very spacious, a nice surprise for the excellent price! We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nice to have. The staff were all friendly and courteous and free breakfast every morning! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

That said, once we were finally checked in, the stay itself was excellent. The amenities, room cleanliness, breakfast, and overall experience exceeded expectations and offered great value for the price. If the General Manager addresses this situation and provides appropriate compensation, I would gladly update my review to 5 stars. The property itself is wonderful, but timely check-in and better communication are essential. The experience was ultimately very disappointing because of how the arrival process was handled.
