Super 8 by Wyndham Austin/Airport South

Reasonable rate. Conveniently located. Would recommend for a place to stay for a show at Radio/East. Clean and spacious room for 2 adults with king bed.

Furniture worn, AC had tripped breaker so room was hot, no one at the desk when I arrived.

The room was fine, nothing fancy but had what we needed. The bed was quite tall, though. Even my 5'11" husband found it to be quite high. With that said, the bed was still comfortable. Staff was courteous. I had seen reports that the neighborhood was sketchy, but I never felt unsafe at the property. It was convenient to the airport and to Highway 35. I would stay there again.

It used to be a lot better, we have stayed here before. This visit we had a lot of issues. It started off bad, we got there at 2:45 so we could check in on time. As soon as we went in a lady said something but we couldn't hear that well and she repeated herself with a very annoyed tone that the floors were wet. No wet floor sign anywhere, which is dangerous. Then she made a comment that check in wasn't until 3pm and made us go back outside. Have in mind we had unpacked everything from the car so we stayed out in the benches outside for 15 mins in the heat. It smelt weird in general, especially the elevator. Linens had stains everywhere, AC didn't work. During breakfast the OJ and Apple juice machine only dispensed water. When we asked for milk for the breakfast the same lady got it for us but no customer service at all. Very cold and made us feel like we were annoying her. There used to be an older lady and she was very kind always, I don't know what happened. Wyndham hotels always had standards but this was not that good of an experience.

Blankets and sheets had burns on them. The spas jets did not work. Went to have breakfast and the only thing available was a waffle. Orange juice and coffee machines were not working.

Pillows could have been better.

Room was at 85 degrees when we enter. Bathroom door lock was broken and unable to lock. No way to turn off the fan

Clean, good room, filled all my needs for a quick stay in Austin. Will stay here again if I need to return to Austin! I see people complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was fine. There were waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, honey buns, and frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Convenient to the airport. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing Got there at 3:00 am After a 6 hour drive Front staff asks for my Information Then says wait I already booked you I said no we just got here shows me a paper someone else is already in the room I booked and they have no other rooms available I had to go back to my car and look for another hotel and spend more money Definitely do not waste your time nor money This could happen to anyone since they do not ask for Id nor verify the guests

Very friendly employees! Door lock was broken. & a/c worked, but not very good.

Would never recommend, super dirty.

The sink in the restroom was clogged badly. Just washing hands could cause the water held up in the sink. The room maintenance need be improved.
