Room was at 85 degrees when we enter. Bathroom door lock was broken and unable to lock. No way to turn off the fan

Clean, good room, filled all my needs for a quick stay in Austin. Will stay here again if I need to return to Austin! I see people complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was fine. There were waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, honey buns, and frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Nothing Got there at 3:00 am After a 6 hour drive Front staff asks for my Information Then says wait I already booked you I said no we just got here shows me a paper someone else is already in the room I booked and they have no other rooms available I had to go back to my car and look for another hotel and spend more money Definitely do not waste your time nor money This could happen to anyone since they do not ask for Id nor verify the guests

The sink in the restroom was clogged badly. Just washing hands could cause the water held up in the sink. The room maintenance need be improved.

Hotel is very outdated, Breakfast was terrible! Juice and coffee machines were both broken so only options for breakfast were waffles, yogurt and cereal.

Enjoyed my stay here for one night. Room was clean. Great value and location was convenient.
