My water was not getting too hot!

My booking for the hotel was listed as direct bill to the State of Texas because I'm a state employee. The employees at the hotel wanted to disagree and I had to provide paperwork to show it was direct bill. They wanted me to pay up front out of my own pocket.

This hotel was not very good. No hot water to shower. I will never stay at that hotel again.

Stay was comfortable but daily I saw tiny little roaches in the bedroom.

First and most important, staff was friendly, courtesy, and knowledgeable but the hotel needs work. There were plastic tubing running through out the front lobby due to AC issues. During my stay the hotel seems to be a 1/4 of capacity. Maybe because it was the weekday and there were not a lot of people staying at the hotel which meant not a lot of people were taking shower, which meant the water started to cool down in the tank which meant no hot water for my shower.

I will not be going back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location was good. The AC worked well, which was great since it was triple digit temperatures outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was fine except for some dead bugs in the hallways, a couple ants on the bed, no hot water in the shower, and overall humidity.

Good, except front desk clerk came across a little rude and that's because she was just starting her shift.

Besides some insects crawling around it was all good.

You need to improve customer service, the attitude was rude at the beginning even though it got better later on, still, she was not very friendly even with a phone call she received while I was checking in. The location is excellent and it would have been nice if the pool was open. I booked this hotel because of the site and pool and it was too late to cancel when I realized it was closed,
