Bally's Baton Rouge Hotel

Rooms could have used a fridge. Parking lot was too far from the hotel had to valet. Valet solid provide great service each time though.

It was okay but I did not like the location. The place is very hard to park in the parking garage and then walk to the hotel.

Will be book again when I head back to Baton Rouge, LA

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. She was so sweet and kind. She is a rare find for sure. It was the evening shift on the 19th of August. I just wish that I could remember her name so she could be recognized. To be honest everyone was wonderful, but she just stood that much.

Near LSU and enjoyed the entertainment!

Staff was Friendly!!!! the room was not very clean, the guys in valet parking were very very nice !!!!! made you feel welcome. the breakfast was very bad ,I had get pancakes and they were so dry & and the bacon was half cooked ,But the staff were very nice

Staff was great but it seems it’s not a full functioning facility yet. Lots of construction, casino games not working, wires everywhere. The room has no full length mirror or refrigerator. We didn’t get room service until after 2 days and then had to call and ask for more towels.

External HDMI hookup is poorly designed and implemented and the next best thing to useless. Thankfully we didn't have time to watch TV. Shower "rain" head has weak pressure and no adjustments. Sliding door to the bathroom is way too heavy and poorly weighted. It's nice they provide free water bottles. Casino games mostly make no sense. Casino drinks seem watered down. They've been doing construction on the front entrance for a long time and seems no progress. Valet is disorganized but staff is friendly.

The Bluetooth and internet didn’t work well. Too many people on it

A pool would just put it over the top ☺️

I had a nice stay at Bally’s!! The property was beautifully designed, well maintained and the front desk staff very helpful during AND after my stay. I needed a jump for car in the parking garage and the valet (I believe his name was Ty), he went to his car and allowed me to use his jump pack all while still providing prompt valet services for other guest along with his team. Thanks Bally’s!!

This was my second time staying at the hotel. Very nice stat.

Such a cool stay! Loved how well the room was decorated. The artistic feel was a great surprise. Great staff and great stay.

My wife and I had a great time at the hotel & casino. The dining was good and entertaining!

The only negative thing was a hotel person walked into room to pick up towels without knocking about 9;30am.

Didn't have a refrigerator for something cold and know microwave for to warm up food from your oyster bar. The room was fine atmosphere was nice

Wonder hotel for a reasonable price! Great restaurants and in a very safe location. We definitely will be back.

The bar in the middle of the casino, should be mindful that there are customers waiting to be attended to. Just keep in mind that there are other people over there. Beside myself, I saw two couples get up and leave the bar after waiting and my guest and I also left the area. We even got her attention but she was taking she time to come over. Look like she was only talking and playing around with other people on the other side. Hopefully this will be addressed in a staff meeting.
