Bally’s Baton Rouge is very nice, clean hotel . Staff extremely pleasant and food is tasty in the Cafe .

The room and the casino were both very clean and nicely decorated. However, the restaurant options are not great. The Dining Depot in the casino doesn’t open until 4 PM but the all day cafe in the lobby is mostly overpriced reheated frozen foods. For a food culture like Louisiana has, I expected a lot more. It would be nice if there were some other amenities to make this property more of a destination. The casino has tons of penny slots if you’re into that but not many other type of slots. We did not play any table games, but they seemed to be robust. Probably would not go back since there really isn’t much on offer to do there.

While experience was great!

The room was very tidy and the free valet was a nice service.

There is a mistake made on the room. It was overbooked and we were supposed to get a king and they gave us a sweet instead. It was really nice. The food really sucked.

Rooms could have used a fridge. Parking lot was too far from the hotel had to valet. Valet solid provide great service each time though.
-
It was okay but I did not like the location. The place is very hard to park in the parking garage and then walk to the hotel.

Will be book again when I head back to Baton Rouge, LA

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. She was so sweet and kind. She is a rare find for sure. It was the evening shift on the 19th of August. I just wish that I could remember her name so she could be recognized. To be honest everyone was wonderful, but she just stood that much.

Near LSU and enjoyed the entertainment!

The hotel its self was nice. The coffee and breakfast staff were great. Room was nice. We arrived late, and the valet line was backed up with multiple cars, with shady people lingering in the area. We had to self park in the garage and the staff refused to let us through the casino entrance because our daughter was with us who is 19. They made us walk through a dark alley where homeless people and others smoking pot were lingering. We had to walk around the back of the hotel and trash cans to get to the other entrance. It was very unsafe, and one of the two security staff should have just escorted us through the short distance in the small casino to the hotel. If something bad had happened to us it would have been very bad for the hotel.

Staff was Friendly!!!! the room was not very clean, the guys in valet parking were very very nice !!!!! made you feel welcome. the breakfast was very bad ,I had get pancakes and they were so dry & and the bacon was half cooked ,But the staff were very nice

Staff was great but it seems it’s not a full functioning facility yet. Lots of construction, casino games not working, wires everywhere. The room has no full length mirror or refrigerator. We didn’t get room service until after 2 days and then had to call and ask for more towels.

External HDMI hookup is poorly designed and implemented and the next best thing to useless. Thankfully we didn't have time to watch TV. Shower "rain" head has weak pressure and no adjustments. Sliding door to the bathroom is way too heavy and poorly weighted. It's nice they provide free water bottles. Casino games mostly make no sense. Casino drinks seem watered down. They've been doing construction on the front entrance for a long time and seems no progress. Valet is disorganized but staff is friendly.

The Bluetooth and internet didn’t work well. Too many people on it

A pool would just put it over the top ☺️
