Bally's Baton Rouge Hotel

While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. My husband and mother in law went down to the casino and had a great time, they liked how you could just walk down and it was connected to the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The room was sooo hot we couldn’t even sleep. Staff came said they fixed it, it was still not working

Everything was great I’d definitely stay here again when I go back. Close to everything and all amenities were on point even the restaurants highly recommend.

We were on the 1st floor in a room with a king size bed. It was excellent I didn’t find anything that I did not like.

There were a lot of front desk people but not overly friendly. Beautiful work environment they should be thrilled to have a job. Valets were OVER THE TOP FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! Overall the issues were minor and I’d recommend it to anyone!!! Way to go BR!!!

Room view was ok construction site was a downer outside hotel. Thought the resort had a pool. There was no pool.

This hotel is one I typically stay when in Baton Rouge. I don't gamble but if you do it is really clean and smoke free. The beds are comfortable and the staff have always been super friendly. The food is a little mid for my taste but the rooms are top quality.

The hotel gets a pass for being under construction. The lobby staff and valet were great. The cleaning staff was terrible. Stayed 3 nights and didn't get our room turned and cleaned one time. Trash was piling up and I had to use extra bags. Ran out of towels and had to request them. Cleaning staff was terrible and is the main reason for the score.

The decor was upscale, room was far beyoind my expectations. Everything was at our fingertips. We plan to come back for a longer visit.

Recently remodeled casino / hotel with great customer service. Modern decor and great location in downtown Baton Rouge, LA.
