The sheets were itchy and not comfortable to sleep on. Sink in the bathroom area was dirty where the the drain is.

Entire building and surrounding street was beautifully clean, the staff was amazing anything I asked for was immediately taken care of and the design of the hotel kept all of the old architecture and blended it with modern beauty. No notes, it was fantastic

Great historic property. Beautiful and interesting. Nice restaurant great bar, soso daily coffee shop. Coffee shop staff was mediocre and be prepared for what you want. There is literally only ONE menu there. All other staff were fantastic.

Love the historical component, as it used to be a bank, so the decor is in alignment to this note. The location is excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking seemed high to me for this area. I paid as much or close, as I have paid in large cities like Chicago and New York. Also the lighting for the sink was fairly dim, making it difficult to get ready.

Great location in the downtown area. The hotel was very unique and well decorated. Our room was on the corner of the building so it also had a great view. Our main complaint really was that our bed was made improperly. The foot of the sheet with the tag was at the head of the bed. The duvet cover was resting on top of the duvet insert (also with the tag at the head of the bed) instead of being fully put together. There was also a lot of hallway noise. You can very clearly hear other folk's doors closing 24/7.

Very cool bank building beautifully transformed into a very nice hotel. Big, clean rooms, very good restaurant.

Friendly staff, clean property, good food and drinks. Such a charming hotel with lots of history.

Great stay as always

Love this place. The vibe is superb. Getaways here don’t have that “hotel room feel”. The space feels cozy in a good way and more like a modern apartment than a hotel room.

My room was spacious and well designed. The food and bar were excellent. The staff were great. The wait time in the restaurant for meal service. Today I waited almost 30mins for my breakfast and I had an egg white omelet.

The hotel was amazing the people was amazing the restaurants were amazing. Also Mr. Bill is the best he is such a peoples person! Will definitely stay again when in Baton Rouge

Everything All was awesome

The room is clean and spacious. My only suggestion is to provide a beauty kit (Q-tips, cotton pads, shower cap, etc) to add that extra touch. Otherwise, a very comfortable room.

Exceptional service by the staff! Jayla and Brandon were so helpful during check-in, and Mr. Bill saw us out the door when we checked out, providing wonderful history lessons. We will be back!

The hotel was incredible, however, there is a nearby bar and it was extremely loud in our room.. when we called to ask if there was a different room option (different floor, different side of the building) we were told it would be equally loud in any room.
