Bar has the most delicious French 75's ever! :) The sound, but we appreciated having the sound machines in the rooms to help with the noise downtown.

It was better than advertised. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The Gregory’s brunch was delicious.

Watermark hit on all marks! Staff, value, cleanliness, environment, atmosphere, amenities and room service! Can’t say enough good things about this property. Definitely will be my go to when staying in BR!

This hotel was average to stay in. The problem I had is the noise. There was some type of night club nearby and loud music played until 2am. You could also hear road noise until after 2am. I called the front desk and complained about the noise and asked for ear plugs which were provided around 10:00 pm. The noise continued to be a disturbance to me trying to sleep. I called the front desk again around 12:00 am and they said they would call the police and make a noise disturbance complaint. At breakfast the next morning, another couple that stayed on the 6th floor said their sleep was disturbed by the noise outside the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. We spoke to the front desk in the morning about our dissatisfaction and they offer a discounted room due to noise disturbance. This satisfied me but I will not recommend this hotel due to the noise disturbance.

Nice location. Great rooms and bar. Valet is separate, so you have to wait a little.

The sheets were itchy and not comfortable to sleep on. Sink in the bathroom area was dirty where the the drain is.
