When you book a room at a hotel and arrive tired from a delayed flight and you are told there is no way that you can check in and you must wait an “hour or two” is beyond unacceptable. The woman checking me in had zero cares in the world and it showed. LSU parents, skip this hotel its staff is rude and the exact opposite of what southern hospitality is supposed to be.

The bathroom in the room was disgusting. They did not do a good job cleaning it at all. There was hair everywhere, black smudges on the shower wall (which I wiped off with toilet paper). It was disgusting.

The valet needs more help when there are alot of people checking out.

We had a great stay and breakfast was amazing!
-
I did not eat the breakfast
-
the room overall was nice, but the shower could have been cleaner. further, the water drained from the shower very slowly so there was a pool of water in the shower floor
-
The lack of lounge chairs around the pool. The rooftop is quite large and could definitely accommodate more other than that. The facility is quite nice.

We absolutely loved it. It was clean, nice ambiance, great staff

Clean room, only complaint was the water was straight hot there was no cold water. To the point of my wife’s whole body was red because there was no way to cool off the water. Friday staff got it fixed but come Saturday morning it was back straight hot water which turned out bodies red all over again. But over all it was a fantastic stay.

The staff was excellent. My only complaint is with the room. The floor had stains and the bathroom had hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. Otherwise, great stay in the city.

Breakfast buffett is over priced, you may as well just order breakfast to your room it would be cheaper. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was excellent, Hotel is beautiful and clean, the area it’s in is pretty good too.

Great location. Walking distance to several sites, Old Capital, State Museum, USS Kidd. Clean, comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly.

On first night of our stay we noticed the tub was rough, and beds were not supper comfy; however A/C was cold. Following morning we went down for breakfast buffet and were disappointed because it was closed, they did not have enough attendance to open. Ordered from menu and it was not fresh-bread was soggy and onions wilted and way overpriced, dishes were dirty-lipstick on coffee cup and what looked like pancake batter on water glass. When we returned that afternoon we went down to the pool; it was closed for cleaning till Wednesday (3 days) so that it would be ready for July 4th weekend. This was disappointing as well because it was why we had chosen this hotel. After going upstairs- we went to watch TV- TV had sound but no picture- they did send someone up to fix this issue. To say the least it was a disappointing stay at what we thought would be a nice hotel.
