This is a beautiful hotel, close to the river and all down town has to offer. The parking during the weekend isn’t a problem, we were able to park free on the street less than a block from our hotel. Valet parking and pay parking is of course available. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are super comfortable. Best smell in the air, and the most friendly staff one could ask for

The staff wasn't really helpful, we have problems with the check in and check out, we recieved keys from other room occupied, the front desk didn't know how to add your points , etc. I had to talk to the manager because we had so many issues mostly because their personal wasn't training I guess.

Loved this clean downtown hotel. The bar and restaurant were great (good yummy)! Room clean and modern. Zero smell of weed (which is hard to find these days). Our only complaint was that for dinner and breakfast. They were out of some pretty basic items and we were the only two in the restaurant both times. But the food we did get was amazing!

The staff was amazing! The front desk attendant made our check in process quick and welcoming. I love how updated the property was. There’s also a good amount of street parking if you don’t want to pay $33 for valet or the parking garage.

Cleanliness. The water tower in the lobby was dirty with hard water stains all over it. The coffee maker in the room. Smelled like mildew and had old water inside of it.

Exceptional

This hotel was truly magnificent, the entire stay was! As soon as walking in, the pleasant and polished staff were there ready to greet me. Check in and check out both took no time at all. My room was ready, clean, the private garden and bee colony view was just a cherry on top! The location downtown BR couldn’t have been better. I will definitely be back!!
