The night time staff was so friendly and helpful. Aurora and Nicole are the only reason im giving 3 stars instead of 2. They were amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well The elevators have apparently been down for a month and we were never notified. The televisions in the rooms dont work. The morning staff are extremely unprofessional. They gave us dining coupons because of the elevator and TV issues only to have the staff not show up TWO times in a matter of 3 days so we couldn't even use the coupons because no one showed up for the bistro restaurant

Internet was out of serve and so was the elevator they didn’t offer discount .I tried to get another hotel but there was nothing in the area and it was for a Birthday Party so I was in a bind so we just stayed there. Property is good Kids use the pool. It was OK.

Kudos to the front desk lady and another gentleman for being so nice and helpful that night. We were given free bottles of water and cafe vouchers for the following morning. They also offered to carry our luggage to our 3rd floor room. The property itself is in a very good location, near highway 94. Easy access to go to FireKeepers Casino. Just 2 minutes drive from the hotel, there is shopping plaza where Best Buy, Kohls, and many stores are with plenty of dining options. We'll definitely consider staying here again en route to Chicago.

Nice room, comfortable, clean and very big. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was amazing. This was a "cousin night together before school starts" stay and due to the attentiveness during the stay the kids had a great experience. As a grandma I am very grateful. As the premises experienced a lightning strike prior to our visit that took out the elevators and internet/phones, I was a little anxious about our stay. But we were treated so well. We will back. Thank you again.

Nothing Hotel had a power outage since the Monday before my arrival and diidnt bother to inform me of this until I got there to check in on Friday. No tv no internet no air no elevator. I was left having to find last min accommodations that cost me double to stay.

We had a terrible experience , the elevator was not working, we were on third floor and it took 3 trips to get a room key that actually worked before getting a room change. Bedding was dirty, both TV not working, AC not working and WC water tank leaking all night, curtains were ripped. Building was stroke by lightning but that doesn’t justify the state of maintenance and housekeeping

The staff were great and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The building, however, is a bit run down. Only one elevator was working, and it felt like it could give out at any moment. Our first room had an air conditioner that made very loud, unpleasant noises. Since we were staying for several days, we asked for a different room, and the staff quickly helped — the second room was better. We did have a toilet break during our stay, which my husband ended up fixing himself. Also, towels seem to be limited, so if you like more than one after a shower, keep that in mind.

Yes, drink left in mini fridge from previous guest, carpet was wet at ac unit, some type of leak. No mat in shower, slippery. Ask for a walk in shower, got the handicapped room with tub.

I enjoyed the property. Conveniently located to everything I wanted to do in Canadian. 1 minute away from dining. 1 minute away from pretty much everything. I enjoyed my themed room. I especially liked the soft sheets and hot water pressure. A little piece of local history in my room. I'll be back to visit, and I'll stay here.
