The staff is so friendly. Rooms are very clean and accommodating. I would recommend courtyard to anyone in the area.

Room looked like it had barely been refreshed. There was wallpaper peeling all over, shampoo and body wash were empty with no soap bar to wash your hands. The ceiling in bathroom looked like there had been a ceiling leak and was covered up quickly. Checkout staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there at the time.

The room was nice and clean. Loved the set up. The refrigerator didn't work but everything else was good.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The outside fire pit was not working but the pool was in great shape. New carpets throughout facilities and rooms were comfy

Convenient location. Beautiful grounds. Building fairly well kept. Quiet at night. Refrig in a strange cabinet which did not allow the cabinet door to be closed. Ran out of shower gel the morning we checked out. Shower floor was rather slick while using soaps. Sink was slow draining. Window drapes were difficult to open/close. Loveseat and footstool had multiple stains.

AMERICAN HOTELS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. POOR POOR CLEANESS. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!

Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly, going above and beyond to be helpful.The outside patio area was a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee.

Pretty much everything. The TV wasn't working properly so the staff came and got it going. Then they brought me a bottled water for the inconvenience.

Everything! Staff were wonderful. They had our rooms reserved even though I booked lol ke 5 minutes before we arrived.

The hotel itself was very nice. Our only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable.

Toilet paper holder was broken in room 424. Staff was very polite and accommodating! Would definitely come back again.
