Our non smoking room was full of smoke and pot smell, the sheets had Mold residue on them, there were no trash cans.

Hotel room had clearly been smoked in, although it was a non-smoking room. The room was quite loud due to an electrical room or similar near where the room was located, this was constant throughout the stay. (noise NOT due to other guests)

pool closed.... we booked for pool and lady and no consideration behind the desk we came with kids that wanted to swim she just didnt care. wasnt willing to help with anything or do refund....very disappointed. cant remember name but the older white lady behind counter. other lady was nice.

The pool was broken, the door by our room was broken. The food was ok. I was never offered a "welcome gift" even if it was only water. I had to fix the screen at the window myself so that bugs didn't come in. Something else was broken because they had dug a trench out back. Our 2 burner stove had one burner that worked somewhat. The other was completely dead.

Great breakfast with many items. Fresh coffee and waffle as well as wraps and items for health conscious people. Their breakfast offered more items than usually offered in hotels of this kind. Host Jennifer is very kind and gracious

The establishment was clean and welcoming. The staff was attentive, kind, and helpful. The pool was freezing cool even though the amenities list a heated pool.

We stayed here for nearby dance competition. I paid for room in full months before but when I got there they asked for my card for incidentals but charged me for the room again. Our room was dirty and had no toilet paper. The bathroom smelled like sewage when water was running. We were close to dining area and it was very noisy. Pool was not clean.

The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! But other than that everything else was very poor. The room and hallways were VERY dirty. Also the furniture including the lamp, dresser and chair were broken in the room itself.
