The hotel room and common areas were all well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and nothing you don't. The front desk staff was friendly, but need more training. They didn't seem to know how to handle anything other than basic checking in or checking out. For example, checking out a day early when reservations were made through Expedia. The hotel has been open less than a year. I'm sure this will improve with time.

The property was very clean, the room was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was satisfying. Check-in was easy. We were located very close to a shopping center, which was convenient for us. We would stay again.

Staff and cleanliness I found a tick crawling on me in bed.

Easy parking, friendly staff, bright atmosphere, clean rooms for the most part (the bathroom was a little dirty. Some hair and grime in the shower) easy breakfast with a good variety and lots of sitting options, small pool space (very warm in there. The chlorine smell was also so strong that my eyes were burning. I didnt even swim) Well maintained, kid friendly. I would stay again.

The biggest disappointment was breakfast. There weren't many options, the bacon was overcooked, and it seemed like only one employee was trying to keep everything stocked. The breakfast area also felt crowded. The rooms are a little smaller than expected, but they were clean and comfortable. The $5 parking fee wasn't a big deal for a short stay, although it might get annoying on a longer visit. Overall, I'd stay here again if I found a good rate. It isn't perfect, but it's a clean, comfortable hotel that's convenient if you're visiting the Battle Creek area or the casino.

Breakfast was ok if you stuck with the juices, cereals, breads and fruits. The pancakes were actually good with the butter, peanut butter and syrup. Eggs and meats could be improved upon.

The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!

Hotel was clean and user friendly. Pool was amazing and breakfast was the best I have ever had.

Breakfast was adequate but I liked that they have an ice and water machine near the cafeteria to fill up my water bottle. (The water was excellent!)

Upon checking in the front desk person was laid back on the sofa and completely ignored me. It took another couple to walk in 5mins after me for him to get up and help me. He was very rude and irritated he had to help guests. I went down to the lobby after I got into my room and asked if there was a microwave. While heating up my food the same guy was nodding out standing up. Very unprofessional!

Biggest disappointment is that nobody said at the time of booking that a major remodel was being done to front area including breakfast area and hallways. Had to access rooms from outside only. Breakfast was very limited. Otherwise rooms were big and clean.

Property was great. Room was a little small. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean. We did not have the breakfast but it looked like it was decent. Would stay again.

My wife and I liked the hotel it was clean and updated. The one thing that really upset me was the parking fee. That should be part of the room rental.

Pretty, clean and confortable.

I liked the breakfast. Also the place was clean. However; I arrived at 3pm for my room-it was not ready. The front desk would call me when it was ready. No call-I came back at 3:45pm. Still not ready. My daughter and I had no where to go so we waited in the lobby until it was decided we could get a different room. No discounts-just a different room. Check in is scheduled for 3pm. We were given a room at 4:25pm.
