I had a great experience at Home2 Suites. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and updated! I didn't get in the pool but it looked well maintained also. It was easy to get to the nearby places I needed to go.

The room was clean The room was nice size and clean enough, the pillows weren't great. The breakfast was horrible. The prep area for waffles was filthy. Every plate or utensil (several) I picked up had food from previous person on them. There was no apple or orange juice(out of order) the muffins were hard like they were days old. I highly recommend switching to paper/plasticware for cont. breakfast and hire staff that enjoy serving people. Not Hilton quality in my opinion, not worth $200/night.

My sister and I booked our stay in home suite 2 by Hilton back in Jan 19 as we had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend in Aug 1. I also called one week ahead to confirm both booking. Arriving there, they told me that the hotel was overbooked and I need to move to next door hotel because I booked with a third party, and that my sister’s room was cancelled with no reason. I told him that I need to stay in this hotel as all friends and family will be staying here and that the shuttle from the venue will arrive at this hotel and that my sister is coming from abroad and she will need a room to stay in. This staff was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. He mocked me in front of my children and was repeating every word I say. He said that because I was mean with him, he was meaner!!!! My only regret is I wish I was rude and mean with him. I thought and I learned that staff should know the basics about customer satisfaction and how to deal with people. I asked for the manager, but she was unavailable!!!!! Thank God, after a long time of wait, there was this nice lady that came and easy the situation. She found a room for my sister and told me not to worry about the shuttle and even walked with me to the next door hotel which was amazing. I have been in many hotels all over the world, this is the first time that I have been offended. We should not suffer from your bad choice and management because how can I erase my kids’ memory “He was mocking Mom”

Our room was well appointed with a well organized kitchenette (including a nice refrigerator and dishwasher). Room was spotless! King sized bed comfortable and shower was delightful! Staff were friendly and very helpful! We were there on a Monday morning. Breakfast included the make your own breakfast sandwich -choices included English muffin, bacon, egg, sausage, cheese, etc. Also very nice waffle setup along with cereal, coffee and juice. We would happily stay there again!
