We had a good experience I would stay there again

We only stayed one night, but the room could easily have been comfortable for more. Loved the kitchen setup and the fact that they took dogs!

Room needed to be vacuumed hair on the floor
-
Great room and location of hotel. Breakfast could use an upgrade.

The people were very nice and knowledgeable. The property however was very dated. The shower had little water pressure and the wall paper was pealing off the wall. The room was clean I think it just needs a lot of updates.

Nothing We were given room 412. When we arrived to the room we put our things down and after our very long 13 hour drive I wanted to shower. In the shower there were multiple pieces of body hair. To which I let it go and I personally rinsed the shower down before taking one myself. After my shower I went to plug in my phone on “my side of the bed” there I noted hair in the bed. Many pieces of head hair and “other” body hair. I told the front desk and requested a credit to another location as this is not a place I now trust to stay in. They said due to me booking third party there is nothing that can be done. Which makes no sense since you, the hotel, do get paid regardless. The head cleaning lady came out and guaranteed another room that was actually clean as it was a mistake on their end putting me and my husband in 412. They moved us to 424. Which upon entering smelt much better already and there was no hair in the bed. However, upon entering the bathroom there was more hair on the counter and the toilet was dirty (feces inside the walls of the toilet bowl). My husband and I were disgusted and immediately left. Nothing was done on your hotels end to help us. We paid to stay at your hotel regardless of third party or not, you still got paid and due to your staff’s inability to properly clean (or cut corners) we had to spend more money out of our pockets to find a cleaner place to stay.

Great location, clean spacious room, excellent friendly staff, super easy check in and out and a beautiful view of the forest area in the back with dear gathering and a sunrise that was picture perfect. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way and didn't lock. Not locking is not a big deal if your with family but the door kept opening on its own like it wasn't catching or something, alittle annoying but alot of good to make up for the door.

Sheets were clean and soft, but the bedspread was itchy. Breakfast was very nice…lots of choices, fresh food. Reception clerk was friendly and helpful.

Clean hotel, nice spacious rooms, great breakfast!
-
Room was clean but couple of broken things-the barn style bathroom door, the tub spout. The buffet breakfast was better than most other places though. A pleasant stay and close to grocery, a few restaurants and shopping.

Clean rooms, lots of amenities, and pool sparkling blue.

Internet went out, Front desk stated it happens frequently and they wont fix it

Breakfast was great! Yogurt parfaits, eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, juice, cereal, waffles, and pastries. The staff was great! We had a couple of issues with 2 of our rooms; heating, that were taken care of in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Home2Suites to anyone who is looking for a solid hotel. I almost forgot to tell you about the comfortable beds!

Everything was wonderful I would most definitely come back!!!

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice and friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful Pool could have been a tad bit warmer
-
Cleanliness and location. Loud and rude guests, overworked front desk staff that did not handle noise complaints the best.

Staff greeted us immediately with smiles and friendly banter. Our room was spacious, very clean and honestly the best motel bed I've ever slept in. I have been in very high end and this is the first bed I ever slept the best in! I tried to see what the name of the pillows and mattress were. I can't say I found any, but it was a very pleasant experience. The shower head lacked pressure and could've been larger. I also appreciate a removable wand when available. That said, plenty of towels and amenities.

Here's why I put a 1 out of 5. The bathroom door is a sliding door and is placed more than an inch from the wall. So when you are walking by the bathroom, you can see in. And when you come in from the front door and look to your right, you can see through the door. You see the mirror and the mirror reflects the majority of the bathroom. So you can see someone taking a shower or dropping a deuce. And because the door is more than a inch out, you can hear and smell the odors that emanate from within. Either a pedophile or a pervert designed this door system for the bathrooms. Maybe it was Jared from Subway they hired. This was absolutely a stupid design. I'm hoping this works its way up the food chain to the CEO so that he or she can first terminate the perv/firm who came up with this idea and then second, make sure any new Home2 Suites are built with real doors for their bathrooms. For pete's sake, a curtain would have worked better; atleast there would have been some privacy. Don't go to this hotel if you are will be having roomy'. There is a brand spanking new Marriot Residence next door at the same price threshold that has, you guessed it, real doors on their bathroom's. I'll never stay at a Home2 Suites again because of their utter stupidity/perverse bathroom setup. The architect/firm needs to be investigated.
