New hotel. Good location. Our room was filthy upon check in!

Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything.

Rooms are spacious w/ kitchen bonus. Not fond of the limited counter space at sink vanity & lighting wasn't bright enough IMO. Area was safe & nice distance to casino.

Everything was great except no sugar on Sunday and no flavored creamer for the coffee since Thursday. We went and bought some for our 3 day stay which was fine.

Brand new and very nice. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Amenities are good. Parking is convenient. Room layouts are nice. Will be back.
