The staff members at this Holiday Inn were exceptional! Always treated us respectfully and demonstrated genuine desire to make our stay pleasant, responded to our inquiries promptly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This hotel was going under some renovation so the older portions looked a bit tired. Sad to find out they are phasing our microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, very nice.

Being from Battle Creek i remember this holiday Inn being built and loving to stay there after moving from BC great location great staff but it's time for some upgrades to the inside that's my only complaint that I seen staying there this time around

Bar fridge is 324 is broken. Food went bad overnight as we realized in the AM

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had 12 rooms and it could've been more difficult. Rooms were clean and nice

Room was clean. There’s a restaurant in the lobby and they don’t offer room service. Breakfast was so-so. On the weekend it’s buffet style and you have to pay for it. It’s the same ol stuff the other hotels have for free. All in all it was nice though and the kids had fun swimming.

I didn't realize they were in the middle of a renovation. However, there was no noise and it was a very busy place with people staying there. Entry way was covered with rungs, but under it, the ceramic stone was crushed from all the work. I know it was a very nice looking hotel for years! I am positive after the remodel, head to toe, it will be elegant again!
