I showed up and the hotel was closed. I was not told about this and had to find another hotel

The hotel was not up to the standard to of a Courtyard Marriott. There were multiple issues, TVs did not work, elevator were sketchy, no hot water in the shower/bath. Beds were good and the A/C works that’s the only positive.

Worst Marriot ever ! Marriot needs to pull their nose from this establishment. Elevator not working properly, no hot water, door key/ lock not working properly, bad need of remodel. Housekeeping just comes in room. Multiple issues, not a Marriot experience.

The elevator is broke , the phones are broke , the tv is broke and no hot water

-Our reservation was given away - it took us about 45 mins to actually get a key - we were given the key to someone else room - Front desk went to check another room and walked in on someone else room again—stated it was due to housekeeping not doing there job -Black mold behind the wallpaper in room—yes we had to breathe it all in—didn’t notice until the next morning when we had better lighting -Mold spots in the bathroom ceiling and around the walls at the top - Hot Water had a yellow color-looked contaminated -Hot water stopped working the next day -Toilet backed up -Maintenance came about an hope before check out and gave us a key to another room that was suppose to have hot water. When we checked the water there was no hot water in the new room - Fitness center equipment did not work - Pool was closed - The bistro only had eggs and yogurt - Elevator was scary and opened on its own before moving - General Manager or the District Manager has yet to call about my experience as requested. Front desk clerk that night and morning were nice. -

No hot water, non-working TVs in room 5(maybe because they were made before 2008), front desk doesn’t answer the phone. Waste of money, avoid.

The only thing that was good about this property was the bed. The staff was a mess, the place was dirty, and I took a cold shower with 5” of water in the tub and a shower wand that drizzled cold water down my back.

Room was ok. Wallpaper peeling, paint chipping in places. Tv and remote would not work. Ice machine broken. Not a freat experience

A room with a king size bed was reserved and prepaid. Upon arrival, I was informed that that was not available and was switched to a double queen. After two attempts to get into my room, I went back downstairs again and asked for a different room with keys that actually worked. Getting into the room, one of the beds had some type of dirt all over the top, only one towel, no bathmat, and no lotion in the bathroom. There was mold on the wall and the toilet area, there were places in the floor, where you could fill the subfloor, giving away underneath the carpet, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor , and the hot water came and went throughout the entire shower. The entire hallway room smelled like a musty mold had been there for quite some time. The only reason I decided to stay after all of this was simply because I was tired and did not want to have to pay for something at another hotel. A refund should be in line without question.

I love the hotel

The room had a funky smell, no hot water, dead bugs on the sofa bed mattress, elevator was broken, no way to lock the balcony sliding door, and overall just seemed very sketchy and not well maintained.

Awful

This is the worse Courtyard by Marriott that I have ever stayed at. No breakfast bc person did not show up. No TV channel listing, had to search for ESPN. Pool was out of order. Elevator was scarry by not landing correctly and jolting us to find the correct landing spot after the door had either opened or closed. The Elegante Hotel across the street will get my future business, better hotel at same price.

The room was disgusting, strong stench of mold and mildew. Carpet needed to be shampooed, loose toilet seat, faulty toilet water valve, had to ask for towels, no trash can in bathroom, terrible lighting. Stay away!! Don’t waste your money. One and done, we will NEVER stay here again. Marriott should get rid of it, embarrassment to the Marriott name.

Hotel is old, receptionist was new and did not even know how to program keys. TV did not work. Ended up getting a different room than what I booked. Not a good experience.
-
Dirty, smelled of mildew, mold on the walls in the bathroom, water stains on walls, moisture dripping from electrical outlets, floor near window in room was soft from rot in the wood.

No issues

The pool was disgusting. Hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was moldy and disgusting. That’s mold floating on the water in picture. The halls smelled like weed. We were put into a room that was always occupied. Then a room that was dirty. Then a room with used soap still in the bathroom. 7 other families that came with us had the same experience. 8 families demanded a refund and we walked to the MCM for rooms to stay in.
