I had a five day stay booked. I checked out after the first night because of insects in the bathroom.

The WIFI was horrible. I’ve stayed in third world countries that had better internet than this hotel. Unfortunately, I really needed the WIFI.

They never returned 250.00 security deposit. We just stayed cause we were tired . .I had little red bumps on my back

Having the breakfast is helpful before long travel. Also the ability to download your own services in the room with local channels being limited for news and weather. It was close to airport.

Convenient location but has really gone downhill. Grass hadn’t been cut, hallways were dirty and for a 5 nite stay they cleaned our room once. Had to ask for new towels and got an attitude from housekeeping. Breakfast was also just so so. Will stay elsewhere next time we’re in town.

Check in was the problem. They could not accommodate a small early check in. We are Reward Members, but booked through Expedia. It is less expensive. It shouldn't be. Since we did this, they charged our credit card a $250.00 "Incidentials fee". We thought that was entirely too much, but they really didn't care. We booked through Expedia, so that's the way it is. The Incidentials fee goes away after 24 hours we were told. It took 36 hours. I looked at our credit card charges only to find that we were charged the Incidentals fee twice. I called 36 hours later when I found out. I spoke to a young man at the front desk who was rude, argumentive, and would rather talk than listen. He blamed the fact that they had charged us twice on Expedia and our Credit Card Company. Not. His rudeness has turned us off to Hampton Inn and Suites. If someone is hired at the desk to represent the Hotel, they need to be able to listen and understand. We are DONE with Hampton Inn and Suites. This is specific to the location in Bedford, NH. Breakfast was average.

Staff not trained in customer relations. Room was not cleaned by staff (previous guest food left in refrigerator). Staff in dining rude. Tub had what looked like rust on bottom, wall paper peeling room 205, bed creaked every time you turn, I could go on!!!!

Friendly staff. Close to Target, coffee place and gas station Elevator was pretty scary. Sounded like it was going to break
